【摘要】:人類生活的主要環(huán)境是居住環(huán)境,健康的環(huán)境就是養(yǎng)生環(huán)境,居住環(huán)境的宜居與否直接影響居民的生活質(zhì)量和壽命,F(xiàn)實中存在著長壽村現(xiàn)象,其所擁有的健康居住環(huán)境已經(jīng)取得廣泛的共識。提取與養(yǎng)生長壽相關(guān)的居住環(huán)境設(shè)計要素,運用到城市居住小區(qū)的設(shè)計中,是研究的主要目的。通過民間養(yǎng)生長壽環(huán)境的調(diào)查、古籍中居住環(huán)境相關(guān)要素的論述和近現(xiàn)代人居環(huán)境理論的分析三個方面進行居住環(huán)境設(shè)計要素的提取,并最終探索出一套與城市居住小區(qū)設(shè)計相結(jié)合的行之有效的設(shè)計理念和方法,可供規(guī)劃設(shè)計師參考,設(shè)計出健康、宜居的居住環(huán)境。貫穿全文的邏輯主線是:“要素的采集——要素的分析與提取——要素的應(yīng)用”。通過取類比象方法,系統(tǒng)地研究中國長壽之鄉(xiāng)的居住環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,分析歸納出健康的居住環(huán)境所需的自然環(huán)境與室外空間要素;通過多學(xué)科集成研究,立足建筑學(xué)和城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃學(xué)的綜合性研究視野,集合多學(xué)科資源,對古籍中居住環(huán)境設(shè)計要素進行詳細(xì)的論述,并提取出可以在居住環(huán)境中應(yīng)用的設(shè)計要素;文章采取元素的采集、提取與應(yīng)用相結(jié)合的方法,分析歸納與城市居住小區(qū)設(shè)計有關(guān)的要素,將之應(yīng)用到規(guī)劃設(shè)計中去。以長壽地區(qū)客觀存在的空間環(huán)境要素和居民主觀性需求的雙向視角,根據(jù)前人對于長壽之鄉(xiāng)、人居環(huán)境科學(xué)和宜居城市建設(shè)等研究為樣本,分析歸納居住環(huán)境設(shè)計要點,探索出一套與城市居住小區(qū)設(shè)計相結(jié)合的行之有效的應(yīng)用方式,以滿足人們對居住環(huán)境宜居性、養(yǎng)生性、健康性的需求。
[Abstract]:The main environment of human life is the living environment, and the healthy environment is the health environment. The livability of the living environment directly affects the quality of life and the life span of the residents. There is a phenomenon of longevity village in reality, and its healthy living environment has been widely agreed. The main purpose of this study is to extract the design elements of living environment related to health and longevity and apply them to the design of urban residential district. Through the investigation of the environment of folk health and longevity, the exposition of the factors related to the living environment in ancient books and the analysis of the theory of modern human settlement environment, the design elements of the living environment are extracted. Finally, a set of effective design ideas and methods combined with urban residential district design are explored, which can be used as a reference for planning designers to design a healthy and livable living environment. The logical thread that runs through the full text is: the collection of elements-the analysis and extraction of elements-the application of elements. By taking the method of analogy, this paper systematically studies the living environment of China's Longevity Township, analyzes and sums up the elements of natural environment and outdoor space needed for a healthy living environment, and through the research of multi-disciplinary integration, Based on the comprehensive research field of architecture and urban and rural planning, this paper combines multi-disciplinary resources, discusses in detail the elements of residential environment design in ancient books, and extracts the design elements that can be applied in residential environment. This paper adopts the method of collecting, extracting and applying elements, analyzes and sums up the elements related to the design of urban residential district, and applies it to the planning and design. Based on the bidirectional perspective of the objective spatial environmental factors and the subjective needs of residents in long-lived areas, this paper analyzes and summarizes the main points of residential environment design according to the previous studies on the hometown of longevity, the science of human settlements and the construction of livable cities, etc. In order to meet people's demand for livability, health and health of living environment, a set of effective application methods combined with the design of urban residential district is explored in order to meet the needs of people for livability, health preservation and health of living environment.
