基于DM8148視頻處理器的電梯運(yùn)行狀態(tài)智能監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計

【摘要】:近些年來電梯事故的頻繁發(fā)生,使電梯安全問題受到了社會越來越多的關(guān)注。電梯監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)是目前監(jiān)控電梯運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的有效手段之一。然而傳統(tǒng)的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在功能上僅局限于實時監(jiān)控,當(dāng)電梯出現(xiàn)異常狀況時,通常采用人工的方式完成報警,存在效率低、實時性差等缺點(diǎn)。隨著技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,電梯監(jiān)控領(lǐng)域?qū)ΡO(jiān)測系統(tǒng)在智能化分析、異常檢測等方面提出了更高的需求。針對目前電梯安全監(jiān)測缺乏智能分析、實時報警等問題,本文研究并開發(fā)了基于DM8148視頻處理器的電梯運(yùn)行狀態(tài)智能監(jiān)測硬件系統(tǒng)。在實現(xiàn)電梯實時監(jiān)控功能的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)通過DM8148豐富的片上資源,運(yùn)用相關(guān)的圖像分析算法完成了對電梯運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的智能分析,并根據(jù)結(jié)果實現(xiàn)異常狀況檢測,包括電梯的開關(guān)門檢測、電梯曝光異,F(xiàn)象檢測等。在后端,系統(tǒng)通過以太網(wǎng)實現(xiàn)與云平臺的交互,完成相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的交互及報警反饋。另外,系統(tǒng)擴(kuò)展多種傳感器支持電梯相關(guān)參數(shù)的采集和處理。測試表明,本文研究開發(fā)的基于DM8148視頻處理器的電梯運(yùn)行狀態(tài)智能監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)具有穩(wěn)定性高、環(huán)境適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn)。目前系統(tǒng)已通過樣機(jī)測試環(huán)節(jié),能在實際工作環(huán)境下完成對電梯運(yùn)行狀況的分析及部分異常狀況的檢測,實現(xiàn)報警功能的及時反饋,達(dá)到了設(shè)計要求。
[Abstract]:With the frequent occurrence of elevator accidents in recent years, more and more attention has been paid to elevator safety. Elevator monitoring system is one of the effective means to monitor elevator running state. However, the traditional monitoring system is only limited to real-time monitoring. When the elevator appears abnormal situation, it usually uses artificial way to complete the alarm, which has the shortcomings of low efficiency and poor real-time. With the development of technology, the elevator monitoring field has put forward a higher demand for intelligent analysis, anomaly detection and so on. Aiming at the lack of intelligent analysis and real-time alarm for elevator safety monitoring, this paper studies and develops an intelligent monitoring hardware system of elevator running status based on DM8148 video processor. On the basis of realizing the real-time monitoring function of elevator, the system completes the intelligent analysis of elevator running state by using the related image analysis algorithm through the abundant on-chip resources of DM8148, and realizes the abnormal condition detection according to the result. Including elevator opening and closing detection, elevator exposure abnormal phenomenon detection and so on. At the back end, the system interacts with the cloud platform through Ethernet, accomplishes the data interaction and alarm feedback. In addition, the system extends a variety of sensors to support the collection and processing of elevator related parameters. The test results show that the intelligent monitoring system based on DM8148 video processor has the characteristics of high stability and strong environmental adaptability. At present, the system has passed the test link of the prototype, can complete the analysis of the elevator running condition and the detection of some abnormal condition in the actual working environment, realize the timely feedback of the alarm function, and meet the design requirements.
