【摘要】：目前,國家大力提倡裝配式建筑和BIM技術(shù)的發(fā)展,各高校企業(yè)積極參與研究與實(shí)踐。編制施工組織設(shè)計(jì)的科學(xué)性直接影響到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理,關(guān)系到企業(yè)收益情況。隨著裝配式建筑項(xiàng)目的不斷推進(jìn),減少環(huán)境污染,促進(jìn)建筑行業(yè)的健康、持續(xù)發(fā)展。但是建造過程中發(fā)現(xiàn),項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)較多、難以快捷地保存查詢,各參建方協(xié)同性較差,單純文字可視化水平低、共享性差等問題。因此將BIM技術(shù)引入裝配式建筑施工組織設(shè)計(jì)中,保證施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)有序進(jìn)行,促進(jìn)裝配式建筑能夠更好、更快發(fā)展。本文通過查閱文獻(xiàn),首先介紹裝配式建筑人材機(jī)的技術(shù)分解,闡述裝配式建筑施工組織設(shè)計(jì)包含內(nèi)容。探討B(tài)IM的概念、特點(diǎn)、價(jià)值,以及所涉及的BIM軟件。針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)施工管理中的信息量多、紙質(zhì)資料保存難、可視化程度低等現(xiàn)存問題,將BIM技術(shù)引入裝配式建筑施工組織設(shè)計(jì)中參與過程管理,發(fā)揮BIM技術(shù)在裝配式建筑施工階段的價(jià)值。針對(duì)濟(jì)南市某裝配式項(xiàng)目,將BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用于施工組織設(shè)計(jì)中。通過BIM技術(shù)在準(zhǔn)備階段、進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、成本等環(huán)節(jié)的應(yīng)用分析,提出對(duì)現(xiàn)存問題的解決方法。同時(shí),在以上各環(huán)節(jié)中,組建BIM團(tuán)隊(duì),其與職能部門將不同格式的信息上傳于數(shù)據(jù)庫,提出信息收集、傳遞、共享的途徑,為類似項(xiàng)目提供參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:At present, the state strongly advocates the development of prefabricated architecture and BIM technology, and the enterprises of colleges and universities actively participate in research and practice. The scientific nature of compiling construction organization design directly affects the site management and the income of the enterprise. With the continuous promotion of prefabricated construction projects, environmental pollution is reduced, and the construction industry is healthy and sustainable. However, in the process of construction, it is found that the project data are more than others, it is difficult to save the query quickly, the cooperation among the participants is poor, the level of simple text visualization is low, and the sharing ability is poor. Therefore, BIM technology is introduced into the construction organization design of prefabricated buildings to ensure orderly construction site and promote the development of prefabricated buildings better and faster. This paper first introduces the technical decomposition of prefabricated building personnel machine and expounds the contents of assembly building construction organization design. This paper discusses the concept, characteristics, value and BIM software of BIM. In view of the existing problems in the traditional construction management, such as the amount of information, the difficulty of preserving the paper data and the low degree of visualization, the BIM technology is introduced into the construction organization design of prefabricated buildings to participate in the process management. Give play to the value of BIM technology in the construction stage of prefabricated buildings. Aiming at an assembly project in Jinan, BIM technology is applied in construction organization design. By analyzing the application of BIM technology in preparation stage, progress, quality and cost, the solutions to existing problems are put forward. At the same time, in the above links, set up the BIM team, which and functional departments will upload different formats of information to the database, information collection, transmission, sharing ways, for similar projects to provide reference value.
