SMW工法樁在基坑圍護(hù)工程實(shí)例中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:SMW工法樁是我國(guó)近幾年來(lái)從國(guó)外引進(jìn)的一種相對(duì)比較新穎的深基坑支護(hù)的方法,該種支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)所占用的地面面積小,在很多工程中還有防止基坑滲水等作用,這種支護(hù)樁的原理即是在水泥土攪拌樁中插入型鋼而最終形成的型鋼混凝土復(fù)合支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)。因此在我國(guó)近些年來(lái)的基坑支護(hù)作業(yè)中得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。本文介紹了SMW工法樁在當(dāng)前深基坑支護(hù)的形式與特點(diǎn),從國(guó)內(nèi)外的一些研究現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)出發(fā),對(duì)SMW工法樁的結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力計(jì)算方法、計(jì)算參數(shù)的確定、對(duì)SMW工法樁所采用的主要材料性能參數(shù)的介紹和研究。通過(guò)基本參數(shù)的確定,本文重點(diǎn)詳細(xì)的介紹了SMW工法樁在實(shí)際工程中的設(shè)計(jì)與施工過(guò)程中的要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研究,并詳細(xì)繪出施工工藝流程圖指出施工過(guò)程中需要注意的問(wèn)題。本論文主要研究的以下內(nèi)容包括幾個(gè)方面:(1)SMW工法樁支護(hù)過(guò)程對(duì)坑基支護(hù)的特點(diǎn)、原作理用即施工設(shè)計(jì)介紹過(guò)程,受力及變形情況對(duì)其中的作用進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),分析研究SMW工法樁的影響因素穩(wěn)定性,相對(duì)應(yīng)的提出措施解決;(2)對(duì)SMW工法樁開(kāi)挖深度及水平鋼支撐設(shè)置的問(wèn)題采取ANSYS模型分析,分析出最大應(yīng)力與變形出現(xiàn)的時(shí)間與位置,驗(yàn)證最大應(yīng)力與變形出現(xiàn)的合理性;(3)通過(guò)實(shí)際工程案例,詳細(xì)的介紹了SMW施工工法樁過(guò)程中,需要注意施工時(shí)候的要點(diǎn)提出解決相對(duì)應(yīng)的措施。研究結(jié)果表明,對(duì)于復(fù)雜的深基坑工程進(jìn)行模型分析及設(shè)計(jì)施工的過(guò)程控制非常重要,通過(guò)實(shí)際工程案例與經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)形成論文核心,對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)深基坑支護(hù)工程的設(shè)計(jì)和施工具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:SMW pile is a relatively new method of deep foundation pit support introduced from abroad in recent years in our country. This kind of supporting structure occupies small ground area, and also has the function of preventing foundation pit seepage in many projects. The principle of this kind of supporting pile is that the steel reinforced concrete composite support structure is formed by inserting steel into the cement soil mixing pile. Therefore, it has been widely used in foundation pit support in recent years in our country. This paper introduces the form and characteristics of SMW pile supporting in deep foundation pit at present. Based on some domestic and international research status and development trends, the calculation method of structural internal force and the determination of calculation parameters of SMW construction pile are given. The main material properties of SMW pile are introduced and studied. Through the determination of basic parameters, this paper introduces in detail the key points in the design and construction process of SMW construction pile in practical engineering, and points out the problems needing attention in the construction process by drawing the construction process flow chart in detail. The main contents of this paper are as follows: several aspects: the characteristics of the pit foundation support during the SMW pile support process, the introduction process of the original construction design, the effect of the force and the deformation. This paper analyzes and studies the stability of influencing factors of SMW pile, and puts forward corresponding measures to solve the problem of excavation depth and horizontal steel bracing of SMW pile. The ANSYS model is adopted to analyze the time and position of maximum stress and deformation. To verify the rationality of the maximum stress and deformation, the paper introduces in detail the key points in the construction of SMW pile in the process of construction, and puts forward the corresponding measures through practical engineering cases. The results show that it is very important to analyze the model and control the process of design and construction for complex deep foundation pit engineering, and form the core of the paper through practical engineering cases and experience summarization. It has certain guiding significance for the design and construction of deep foundation pit supporting engineering in our country.
