不同供水工況毛細(xì)管網(wǎng)地板輻射供暖實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)夏熱冬冷地區(qū)冬季供暖問題,以空氣源熱泵+毛細(xì)管網(wǎng)地板輻射供暖系統(tǒng)為對(duì)象建立實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng).實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試并分析了供水溫度分別為40℃,37℃,35℃,33℃和30℃時(shí),不同供水工況毛細(xì)管網(wǎng)地板輻射供暖房間的室內(nèi)空氣溫度、各內(nèi)壁面溫度的變化特性以及室內(nèi)環(huán)境的舒適性.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在重慶地區(qū),當(dāng)毛細(xì)管網(wǎng)輻射面積占地面的50%,毛細(xì)管網(wǎng)間距為20mm,填充層厚度為50mm的豆石混凝土,面層為12mm的木質(zhì)地板時(shí),40℃,37℃,35℃,33℃和30℃供水工況穩(wěn)定時(shí)的室內(nèi)溫度分別為18.73℃,18.06℃,17.03℃,16.09℃和15.28℃;室內(nèi)熱感覺(PMV)分別為-0.65,-0.82,-1.09,-1.31和-1.44;不滿意百分率(PPD)分別為14%,19.08%,30.18%,40.71%和47.39%;各工況室內(nèi)豎直方向和水平方向上最大溫差分別為0.39℃和1.12℃.該地區(qū)供水溫度≥33℃時(shí),室內(nèi)溫度可滿足舒適要求;供水溫度≥37℃時(shí),室內(nèi)PMV和PPD滿足我國(guó)熱舒適評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),各工況毛細(xì)管網(wǎng)地板輻射供暖系統(tǒng)室內(nèi)溫度分布非常均勻.
