K型偏心支撐組合高強鋼框架抗震性能分析

【摘要】:隨著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和科研工作的不斷創(chuàng)新,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)具有強度高、自重輕、塑性好、拆遷方便、工業(yè)化程度高等特點,在國民經(jīng)濟的各個領(lǐng)域得到了大量的應(yīng)用,在實際工程中最常用的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)形式為中心支撐和純框架。偏心支撐結(jié)構(gòu)形式的引入,將二者的長處發(fā)揮到極致。常遇地震作用下,構(gòu)件大部分處于線性受力階段,各項性能指標滿足規(guī)范要求;罕遇地震作用下,偏心體系發(fā)揮良好的耗能性能,使得結(jié)構(gòu)不倒塌。目前的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計施工一般都采用普通強度鋼,實際工程中幾乎沒有偏心支撐高強鋼框架,能否將這種新型抗震結(jié)構(gòu)體系運用到實際中,還需要廣大研究人員不斷改進并完善其抗震性能研究方法,給出可靠全面的設(shè)計計算方法和研究理論,力求促進這種偏心支撐高強鋼框架在工程中的應(yīng)用。本文擬采用K型偏心支撐組合高強鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)形式,利用SAP2000有限元結(jié)構(gòu)分析軟件進行截面設(shè)計,鋼框架耗能梁段分別采用剪切型和彎曲型,對三維框架進行Pushover和動力時程分析,研究結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能及其塑性鉸的分布發(fā)展情況,分析結(jié)果表明高強鋼框架引入耗能梁構(gòu)建的雙重抗側(cè)力體系,可以使耗能梁段作為第一道“保險絲”首先進入塑性,而其他構(gòu)件基本處于彈性狀態(tài);高強鋼因為其屈強比及伸長率等不滿足規(guī)范要求而應(yīng)用較少,有了偏心支撐和耗能梁的引入,為其在工程的應(yīng)用提供了可能性。論文試驗部分是在西安建筑科技大學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)與抗震教育部重點實驗室進行,作為項目的參與者,對K型偏心支撐高強鋼框架中的單榀單跨試件進行單調(diào)加載和循環(huán)加載,將耗能梁段的長度作為單一變量,研究分析試件的破壞形態(tài)及主要抗震性能指標。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the innovation of scientific research, steel structure has been widely used in various fields of national economy because of its high strength, light weight, good plasticity, convenient demolition and high degree of industrialization. The most commonly used steel structures in practical engineering are central support and pure frame. With the introduction of eccentric bracing structure, the advantages of the two structures are brought into full play. Most of the members are in the linear stress stage under the frequent earthquake, and the performance indexes meet the requirements of the code. Under the rare earthquake, the eccentric system exerts good energy dissipation performance, so that the structure does not collapse. At present, the design and construction of steel structures generally adopt ordinary strength steel, and there is almost no eccentrically braced high strength steel frame in actual engineering. Can this new aseismic structure system be applied in practice? It is also necessary for many researchers to improve and improve their seismic performance research methods, and to provide reliable and comprehensive design and calculation methods and research theories, in order to promote the application of this eccentrically braced high strength steel frame in engineering. In this paper, K-type eccentrically braced composite high-strength steel frame structure is adopted, and SAP2000 finite element structural analysis software is used to carry out section design. The steel frame energy dissipation beam section adopts shear type and bending type respectively, and the Pushover and dynamic time-history analysis of three-dimensional frame are carried out. The aseismic behavior of structures and the distribution and development of plastic hinges are studied. The analysis results show that the double lateral resistance system constructed by introducing high-strength steel frames into energy-dissipation beams can make the energy-dissipation beam section enter into plasticity first as the first "fuse". However, other members are basically in elastic state, and high strength steel is seldom used because its flexural strength ratio and elongation do not meet the requirements of the code. The introduction of eccentrically braced beams and energy dissipation beams provides the possibility for its application in engineering. The experiment part of the paper is carried out in the key laboratory of the Ministry of structure and Seismic Education of Xi'an University of Architecture and Science and Technology. As a participant of the project, the single single span test piece of K eccentrically braced high strength steel frame is subjected to monotonic loading and cyclic loading. Taking the length of the energy dissipation beam segment as a single variable, the failure patterns and main seismic performance indexes of the specimens are studied and analyzed.
