【摘要】：通過(guò)煅燒堿金屬硫酸鹽來(lái)模擬水泥熟料中的原生堿金屬硫酸鹽對(duì)水泥早期凝結(jié)行為的影響,根據(jù)ASTM C451水硬性水泥早凝測(cè)試方法研究不同堿金屬硫酸鹽對(duì)水泥早期凝結(jié)性能的影響,建立了不同硫酸鉀、硫酸鈉與石膏比例下水泥正常凝結(jié)、假凝和速凝的區(qū)域范圍,并采用水化微量熱儀、綜合熱分析儀和X射線衍射儀對(duì)水泥水化熱及水化產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)硫酸鉀或者硫酸鈉含量高于總硫酸鹽含量的75%以上時(shí)水泥會(huì)出現(xiàn)早凝,硫酸鉀或硫酸鈉鉀會(huì)使水泥會(huì)發(fā)生假凝;硫酸鈉會(huì)使水泥出現(xiàn)速凝,外摻更多石膏才能緩解這一不利影響。熟料中硫酸鉀、硫酸鈉鉀會(huì)與石膏反應(yīng)形成鉀石膏引起假凝�？筛鶕�(jù)熟料中堿金屬硫酸鹽含量對(duì)水泥早期凝結(jié)行為進(jìn)行預(yù)判,也可以通過(guò)調(diào)整堿金屬硫酸鹽和石膏的比例來(lái)調(diào)控水泥的早期凝結(jié)行為。
[Abstract]:The effect of primary alkali metal sulfate in cement clinker on the early setting behavior of cement was simulated by calcining alkali metal sulfate. According to ASTM C451 test method for early setting of hydraulic cement, the influence of different alkali metal sulfate on the early setting performance of cement was studied, and the range of normal setting, pseudo coagulation and quick setting of cement under different ratios of potassium sulfate, sodium sulfate and gypsum was established. The hydration heat and hydration products of cement were analyzed by hydration microcalorimeter, comprehensive thermal analyzer and X-ray diffractometer. The results show that when the content of potassium sulfate or sodium sulfate is more than 75% of the total sulfate content, the cement will have early solidification, potassium sulfate or sodium sulfate potassium sulfate will make the cement appear pseudo coagulation, sodium sulfate will make the cement quick solidify. It is only by adding more gypsum that this adverse effect can be mitigated. Potassium sulfate, sodium potassium sulfate and gypsum in clinker will react with gypsum to form potassium gypsum. The early setting behavior of cement can be predicted according to the content of alkali sulfate in clinker, or the early setting behavior of cement can be controlled by adjusting the ratio of alkali metal sulfate and gypsum.
