唐山市某凈水廠水質(zhì)提升改造技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:近些年我國(guó)工農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,全國(guó)多地水資源遭受了不同程度的污染,以前的飲用水水源已變成微污染水源,目前國(guó)內(nèi)外微污染水源水廠水質(zhì)提升改造的主要技術(shù)措施有:增設(shè)預(yù)處理,加強(qiáng)常規(guī)處理及增加深度處理。唐山市某凈水廠負(fù)責(zé)唐山市區(qū)絕大部分居民生活用水及工業(yè)企業(yè)用水,由于陡河水源受到一定程度的污染,凈水廠出水水質(zhì)已難以滿足國(guó)家最新水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。本次工藝改造結(jié)合陡河水源水質(zhì)特征及水源微污染狀況,在充分研究國(guó)內(nèi)外微污染水源水廠水質(zhì)提升改造先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出如下水質(zhì)提升改造工藝:對(duì)凈水廠的取水工程增加高錳酸鉀預(yù)氧化措施;將原工藝柵條絮凝斜管沉淀池改造為曝氣絮凝高密度沉淀池;將原工藝雙閥濾池改造為浸沒(méi)式超濾膜池;改造后水廠水處理工藝為高密度混凝沉淀+生物粉炭活性泥渣回流+超濾處理工藝,利用生物活性泥渣和生物粉末活性炭的生物作用去除微量有機(jī)物,利用超濾優(yōu)越的機(jī)械截留作用,高精度地去除不溶顆粒物包括濁度、細(xì)菌、病毒,保障供水水質(zhì)安全,提高供水質(zhì)量,為唐山市工商用戶及人民群眾提供安全合格的飲用水。該工程的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)也能為唐山市內(nèi)其他微污染水源水廠水質(zhì)提升改造提供參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's industry and agriculture have developed rapidly, and many water resources throughout the country have been polluted to varying degrees. Previously, drinking water sources have become micro-polluted water sources. At present, the main technical measures for upgrading the water quality of micro-polluted source water plants at home and abroad are as follows: adding pretreatment, strengthening routine treatment and increasing advanced treatment. A water purification plant in Tangshan City is responsible for the water consumption of most residents and industrial enterprises in Tangshan City. Due to the pollution of Douhe water source, the effluent quality of the water purification plant cannot meet the requirements of the latest national water quality standards. Combined with the water quality characteristics of Douhe water source and the status of water source micro-pollution, this process reform is based on the full study of advanced experience in upgrading water quality of micro-polluted source water plants at home and abroad. The improvement process of water quality is put forward as follows: adding pre-oxidation measures of potassium permanganate to the water intake project of water purification plant, transforming the original technology grid strip flocculation inclined tube sedimentation tank into aerated flocculation high density sedimentation tank; The original double valve filter was transformed into submerged ultrafiltration membrane, and the water treatment process of water plant was reflux ultrafiltration process of high density coagulation sedimentation biological powder carbon activated sludge. Using biological action of bioactive sludge and biological powder activated carbon to remove trace organic matter, utilizing superior mechanical retention of ultrafiltration, removing insoluble particles including turbidity, bacteria, virus and ensuring the safety of water supply water quality with high precision. Improve the quality of water supply to provide safe and qualified drinking water for industrial and commercial users and people in Tangshan. The successful experience of the project can also provide a reference for the improvement of water quality of other micro-pollution source water plants in Tangshan City.
