單軸加卸載條件下巖鹽變形過程能量和聲發(fā)射特征研究

【摘要】:利用MTS815 Flex Test GT巖石力學(xué)試驗系統(tǒng)及聲發(fā)射(AE)實時監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),對取自平頂山和淮安兩處礦井的純鹽巖進行單抽加卸載試驗,得到巖鹽的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變加卸載曲線、聲發(fā)射振鈴計數(shù)率和能量率曲線,并從能量與聲發(fā)射的角度研究純巖鹽變形破壞過程的基本特征。研究表明:巖鹽單軸加卸載條件下,彈性變形階段很短,屈服過程產(chǎn)生很大的塑形變形,且峰后的變形過程沒有應(yīng)力的急劇下降,整個試驗過程中加卸、載之間滯回環(huán)面積很微小。在整個試驗過程中,彈性應(yīng)變能所占比例非常小;鹽巖單軸加卸載變形破壞過程中,其耗散能隨應(yīng)變一直增加,且增長率遞增,而當應(yīng)力接近峰值時,增長率趨于恒定,耗散能曲線開始呈線性增長;彈性應(yīng)變能在峰前一直增加,且增長率遞減,在峰值處達到最大值,峰后開始下降。巖鹽在試驗初始階段振鈴計數(shù)率與能量率大量產(chǎn)生,后在屈服階段呈現(xiàn)下降進入穩(wěn)定發(fā)展期,直到峰值處,出現(xiàn)一個累計振鈴計數(shù)和累計能量曲線的拐點,峰后以一個更高的速率穩(wěn)定且呈現(xiàn)階梯狀發(fā)展。本文對于鹽巖儲氣庫的水溶開挖和采氣過程中逐漸卸載的應(yīng)力環(huán)境施工過程有一定的實際指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Using the MTS815 Flex Test GT rock mechanics test system and the acoustic emission (AE) real-time monitoring system, the single pumping and unloading tests were carried out on the pure salt rocks from two mines in Pingdingshan and Huaian, and the stress strain loading and unloading curves of the rock salt, the rate of acoustic emission ringing count and the energy rate curve were obtained, and the pure rock salt was studied from the angle of energy and acoustic emission. The basic characteristics of the deformation and failure process are as follows: under the condition of uniaxial loading and unloading of rock salt, the elastic deformation stage is very short, the yield process has great plastic deformation, and the deformation process after the peak has no sharp drop of stress. The whole test process is unloaded and the area of the hysteresis loop is very small. In the whole process of the test, the elastic strain energy can be found. In the process of uniaxial loading and unloading, the dissipation energy of the salt rock increases with the strain, and the growth rate increases, and when the stress approaches the peak, the growth rate tends to be constant, the dissipative energy curve begins to increase linearly, the elastic strain can increase before the peak, and the growth rate decreases, and the peak reaches the maximum, and the peak is open after the peak. In the initial stage of the test, the rock salt was produced in a large number of ringing count rate and energy rate, and then decreased into the stable development period at the yield stage, until the peak, a cumulative ring counting and cumulative energy curve appeared, and the peak was stable at a higher rate and showed a ladder like development after the peak. In this paper, the salt rock storage tank was developed in this paper. The construction process of the stress environment gradually unloading during the process of water-soluble excavation and gas recovery has certain practical guiding significance.
