大跨度格構(gòu)式鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)受力性能的分析研究

【摘要】:近年來,大跨度鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展速度十分迅猛,結(jié)構(gòu)形式越來越復雜,使用規(guī)模也呈現(xiàn)擴大化的趨勢。其中,大跨度格構(gòu)式鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)則是比較有代表性的一種結(jié)構(gòu)形式,它能夠使鋼材的輕質(zhì)、高強等性能得到最大化的發(fā)揮,是一種比較合理的形式,其具有優(yōu)美的空間形式、合理的受力分布、較低的用鋼量等優(yōu)點。本文是以蘇州中心J地塊的中庭大跨度格構(gòu)式鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)為研究對象,由于大跨度格構(gòu)式鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)形式復雜,屬于多次超靜定結(jié)構(gòu),使用過程中存在的影響因素較多,結(jié)構(gòu)在各種工況下的受力性能和變形規(guī)律等方面的研究較少,因此,使用適當?shù)姆椒▽ζ湓谑褂秒A段的力學性能進行分析就成了重要的問題,同時也對這種結(jié)構(gòu)形式的設(shè)計具有重要的意義。通過與實腹式鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)方案的比選,論證了格構(gòu)式鋼框架方案在大跨度結(jié)構(gòu)中的合理性,即格構(gòu)式結(jié)構(gòu)方案的內(nèi)力分布更加合理且更省材料。同時,利用有限元分析軟件SAP2000建立相應的結(jié)構(gòu)模型,在豎向荷載、溫度、地震作用下,對其在使用階段的受力性能進行分析,研究大跨度格構(gòu)式鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力和變形分布規(guī)律,發(fā)現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)桿件以承受軸力為主,彎矩和剪力較小,受力較大的桿件主要集中在結(jié)構(gòu)第四榀首層的梁柱節(jié)點處。并選擇了受力較大一榀框架,以其梁柱節(jié)點為研究對象,建立簡化模型,通過有限元軟件分析不同的節(jié)點構(gòu)造形式的對節(jié)點的應力分布影響,可以得出,節(jié)點區(qū)域布置桿件的形式傳力路徑更為清晰,有利于結(jié)構(gòu)梁柱之間傳力。在上述研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對大跨度格構(gòu)式鋼框架的設(shè)計提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the large span steel frame structure develops very fast, the structure form is more and more complex, the use scale also presents the tendency of expansion. Among them, the large-span latticed steel frame structure is a representative structure form, which can maximize the performance of steel, such as light weight, high strength, is a more reasonable form, it has a beautiful space form. Reasonable force distribution, low steel consumption and other advantages. In this paper, the large-span latticed steel frame structure of the central J block in Suzhou is taken as the research object. Due to the complexity of the large-span latticed steel frame structure, which belongs to the statically indeterminate structure for many times, there are many influencing factors in the process of use. There are few studies on the mechanical properties and deformation laws of structures under various working conditions. Therefore, it is an important problem to use appropriate methods to analyze the mechanical properties of structures in service stage. At the same time, it is of great significance to the design of this kind of structure. The rationality of the lattice steel frame scheme in the long span structure is demonstrated by comparing it with that of the solid web steel frame structure, that is, the distribution of internal force of the lattice structure scheme is more reasonable and less material. At the same time, the finite element analysis software SAP2000 is used to establish the corresponding structural model. Under the action of vertical load, temperature and earthquake, the mechanical behavior of the model is analyzed. The distribution of internal force and deformation of long-span latticed steel frame structure is studied. It is found that the members of the structure are mainly subjected to axial force, the bending moment and shear force are small, and the members with a large force are mainly concentrated at the Liang Zhu node of the fourth first floor of the structure. Taking Liang Zhu node as the research object, the simplified model is established, and the stress distribution of different joint structures is analyzed by finite element software. The formal force transfer path of the members arranged in the node area is more clear, which is beneficial to the transmission between Liang Zhu structures. On the basis of the above research, some suggestions on the design of long-span lattice steel frame are put forward.
