【摘要】:隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長,高、重、大的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施越來越多,這就需要相關(guān)的設(shè)備來完成。全液壓履帶樁架的結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,適用性強(qiáng),特別是具有承前啟后作用的立柱及調(diào)整機(jī)構(gòu),是保障順利完成施工作用的關(guān)鍵部件。在深入調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外各種履帶樁架的結(jié)構(gòu)、機(jī)構(gòu)、優(yōu)點(diǎn),設(shè)計開發(fā)了履帶樁架使用的多功能回轉(zhuǎn)立柱。首先結(jié)合國內(nèi)外專業(yè)資料,詳細(xì)分析了各種相關(guān)設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)、機(jī)構(gòu)原理,進(jìn)行了作業(yè)特點(diǎn),確定了多功能樁架的總體方案,并確定了多功能樁架的總體參數(shù)。其次,根據(jù)現(xiàn)場實際情況和發(fā)展要求提出了開發(fā)多功能回轉(zhuǎn)立柱,確定以多功能回轉(zhuǎn)立柱為主要研究對象,結(jié)合施工要求,對立柱作業(yè)過程的結(jié)構(gòu)、機(jī)構(gòu)的作用給予詳細(xì)分析;結(jié)合多功能立柱結(jié)構(gòu)的具體情況,推導(dǎo)了計算立柱結(jié)構(gòu)在外荷載作用下,強(qiáng)度、剛度、穩(wěn)定性。然后,運(yùn)用三維工程分析軟件,分析了多功能回轉(zhuǎn)立柱與起架系統(tǒng)。對立柱結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變、位移等進(jìn)行全面詳實的分析。計算結(jié)果表明,各項力學(xué)(強(qiáng)度、剛度等)和機(jī)構(gòu)(運(yùn)動干涉等)指標(biāo)均滿足要求。最后分析了對履帶樁架的接地面積對整機(jī)穩(wěn)定性的影響;考慮正前方、重心偏向的側(cè)方、行走裝置與上車垂直方向三個位置,對履帶樁架的穩(wěn)定分析,確定了履帶樁架的穩(wěn)定域范圍。研究開發(fā)新型多功能樁架,以滿足快速發(fā)展的亟需。研究開發(fā)新型多功能樁架,可達(dá)到一機(jī)多用的目的,減少機(jī)器占用場地費(fèi)用,減輕施工企業(yè)的負(fù)擔(dān);同時,由于新型多功能樁架施工效率高,可為企業(yè)帶來良好效益。新型多功能樁架的開發(fā)將提供具有獨(dú)立自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的產(chǎn)品,為國家經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和一路一帶的推進(jìn)發(fā)揮積極作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of the world economy, more and more high, heavy and large infrastructure, which requires relevant equipment to complete. The compact structure of the full hydraulic crawler pile frame, strong applicability, especially the pillar and adjusting mechanism with the role of preceding and following, is the key component to ensure the smooth completion of the construction function. The structure, mechanism and advantages of all kinds of crawler pile frames inside and outside the country are designed and developed the multi-function rotary column used for the crawler pile frame. First, combining the professional data at home and abroad, the structure of various related equipment, the mechanism principle, the operation characteristics are analyzed in detail, the overall scheme of the multi-function pile frame is determined, and the total function of the pile frame is determined. Secondly, according to the actual situation and development requirements of the field, the multi function rotary column is put forward, and the multi-function rotary column is determined as the main object. The structure of the column operation process and the function of the mechanism are analyzed in detail according to the construction requirements. Under the action of external load, strength, stiffness and stability. Then, the multi-function rotary column and lifting system are analyzed with three-dimensional engineering analysis software. The stress, strain and displacement of the column structure are analyzed and detailed and detailed. The results show that all the mechanics (strength, stiffness, etc.) and the mechanism (motion interference and so on) meet the requirements. After the analysis of the effect of the ground area of the crawler pile frame on the stability of the whole machine, considering the side of the front, the lateral center of the center of gravity, the three positions of the walking device and the vertical direction of the truck, the stability analysis of the track pile frame, the stability range of the track pile frame is determined and the new multi-function pile frame is developed to meet the urgent need of rapid development. The new multi-function pile frame can achieve the purpose of multi use, reduce the cost of the machine and reduce the burden of the construction enterprises. At the same time, the new multi-function pile frame can bring good benefit to the enterprise. The development of the new multi-function pile frame will provide the products with independent intellectual property right, for the national economic construction and the construction of the national economy. The promotion of the whole area plays a positive role.
