【摘要】：工程樁設(shè)計(jì)前,需通過試驗(yàn)樁檢測(cè)得到準(zhǔn)確的單樁豎向抗壓承載力、軸力等數(shù)據(jù),為設(shè)計(jì)提供可靠參數(shù)。為加快試樁進(jìn)度,在土方開挖前進(jìn)行試樁。針對(duì)地質(zhì)條件差、地下水豐富的軟土地區(qū),試樁過程中采用清摩阻雙護(hù)筒,其主要原理是隔離非有效樁長(zhǎng)部分的土體,消除其周邊土體摩阻力對(duì)試驗(yàn)的影響。結(jié)合昆明景成大廈項(xiàng)目試樁工程實(shí)例,詳細(xì)介紹了清摩阻雙護(hù)筒的原理、加工、安裝以及試驗(yàn)中的監(jiān)測(cè)情況。通過對(duì)試驗(yàn)測(cè)試結(jié)果的分析,總結(jié)清摩阻雙護(hù)筒的使用特性。
[Abstract]:Before the design of engineering pile, it is necessary to obtain accurate data of vertical compressive bearing capacity and axial force of single pile by testing pile, so as to provide reliable parameters for design. In order to accelerate the progress of pile test, the pile test is carried out before earthwork excavation. Aiming at the soft soil area with poor geological conditions and abundant groundwater, the main principle of the double retaining tube used in the pile test is to isolate the soil of the long part of the non-effective pile and to eliminate the influence of the frictional resistance of the surrounding soil on the test. The principle, processing, installation and monitoring of the anti-friction double retaining tube are introduced in detail with the example of test pile engineering in Kunming Jingcheng Mansion Project. Based on the analysis of the test results, the application characteristics of the antifriction double guard are summarized.
