不同保載時(shí)間實(shí)驗(yàn)的花崗巖聲發(fā)射特性研究

【摘要】:為了研究沖擊地壓發(fā)生前巖體處于加載或保載階段,有突出傾向的巖體處于保載蠕變狀態(tài)的問題,對花崗巖試件以每30 k N為梯度進(jìn)行單軸不同時(shí)間保載實(shí)驗(yàn),保載時(shí)間分別為1、3、5、10和15 min,并結(jié)合聲發(fā)射進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)不同的保載時(shí)間對試件的強(qiáng)度及聲發(fā)射參數(shù)有很大區(qū)別。與單軸直接加載相比,保載15 min的試件強(qiáng)度降低了43%;與單軸直接加載試件破壞點(diǎn)相比,保載15 min試件破壞時(shí)聲發(fā)射撞擊率提高了47%,保載15 min試件破壞時(shí)能量累積提高了53%;(2)不同保載時(shí)間,每提高相同加載梯度,保載時(shí)間越長試件的聲發(fā)射撞擊率越高;(3)花崗巖試件在實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中,保載時(shí)試件損壞或保載后剛加載試件便損壞的現(xiàn)象,說明保載階段對試件的破壞有很大影響;(4)花崗巖在單軸保載壓縮條件下,每個(gè)階段產(chǎn)生的聲發(fā)射具有不同的特征。因此,可以用花崗巖保載實(shí)驗(yàn)來研究巖石的微觀損傷破壞,也可預(yù)測現(xiàn)場工程巖體的宏觀斷裂過程。
[Abstract]:In order to study the problem that the rock mass is in the loading or loading stage before the rock burst occurs, and the outburst rock mass is in the state of loading and creep, the uniaxial loading experiments are carried out on the granite specimen with the gradient of every 30 KN at different times.The loading time is 1 ~ 3 ~ 5 ~ 5 ~ 10 min and 15 ~ (th) min respectively, and the experimental study is carried out in combination with acoustic emission.The results show that the strength and acoustic emission parameters of the specimen vary greatly with different holding time.Compared with uniaxial direct loading, the strength of the specimen with 15 min load decreased by 43%, and compared with the failure point of the specimen loaded directly by uniaxial loading,The acoustic emission impact rate of 15 min specimens was increased by 47, and the energy accumulation of 15 min specimens was increased by 53 ~ 2) with the same loading gradient.The longer the loading time is, the higher the AE impact rate of the specimen is.The results show that the loading stage has a great influence on the failure of the specimen.) under the condition of uniaxial compression, the acoustic emission produced by each stage has different characteristics.Therefore, the granite loading experiment can be used to study the microscopic damage and failure of rock, and the macroscopic fracture process of field engineering rock mass can also be predicted.
