【摘要】：地下工程防水可分為外防外貼法和外防內(nèi)貼法兩種。由于外防外貼法可以在地下室外墻兩側(cè)支模形成整體模板體系,因而有利于保證地下室外墻混凝土質(zhì)量;而外防內(nèi)貼法中地下室墻體一側(cè)為磚胎模,另一側(cè)為模板,兩側(cè)無(wú)法形成整體而不利于保證地下室外墻混凝土質(zhì)量,所以一直以來(lái),建筑界人士普遍認(rèn)為地下工程防水首選外防外貼法,當(dāng)外防外貼法不能用時(shí)才用外防內(nèi)貼法。西安市鼎盛國(guó)際公寓工程,基坑?xùn)|西南三側(cè)場(chǎng)地狹小,無(wú)外防外貼法施工操作空間,且基坑?xùn)|側(cè)土壁局部沉陷、裂縫。在這樣既無(wú)施工空間又有基坑坍塌危險(xiǎn)的工程條件下,通過(guò)外防內(nèi)貼法施工工藝,在原土釘墻支護(hù)的內(nèi)側(cè)砌筑磚墻作為地下室外墻的磚胎模,同時(shí)也作為防水層的保護(hù)墻和基坑土壁的擋土墻,從而成功地突破了工程施工難點(diǎn),是外防內(nèi)貼法施工工藝的一次完美體現(xiàn)。本文擬以西安市鼎盛國(guó)際公寓工程的工程條件為基礎(chǔ)探究外防內(nèi)貼法較外防外貼法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)、適用范圍,特別是在狹小空間及基坑支護(hù)有塌陷跡象的復(fù)雜工程條件下,應(yīng)用外防內(nèi)貼法的優(yōu)越性,以期為同類工程提供參考和打破建筑界人士普遍認(rèn)為外防外貼法優(yōu)于外防內(nèi)貼法的傳統(tǒng)觀念,最后開創(chuàng)性地提出改良后的外防內(nèi)貼法供工程使用。
[Abstract]:Underground waterproofing can be divided into external protection and external external sticking method.Because the external external sticking method can form the integral formwork system on both sides of the basement exterior wall, it is advantageous to ensure the quality of the basement exterior wall concrete, but in the outside defense internal sticking method, the basement wall is brick tire mould, the other side is the template,It is difficult to form a whole on both sides, which is not conducive to ensuring the quality of concrete on the exterior wall of the basement. Therefore, the people in the construction circles generally think that the first method of external protection against external sticking is used in underground engineering, and when the method of external protection against external sticking can not be used, the method of external protection and internal sticking is used.In Xi'an Dingsheng International Apartments Project, the site of the east and west sides of the foundation pit is narrow, there is no space for construction operation by the external anti-sticking method, and the soil wall on the east side of the foundation pit is local subsidence and crack.Under the condition that there is neither construction space nor foundation pit collapse danger, the brick wall is built on the inner side of the original soil nailing wall as the brick tread form of the outer wall of the basement.At the same time, it is also used as the protective wall of waterproof layer and the retaining wall of soil wall of foundation pit, which has successfully broken through the construction difficulties of the project, and is a perfect embodiment of the construction technology of the method of external protection and internal sticking.Based on the engineering conditions of the Dingsheng International Apartments Project in Xi'an City, this paper intends to explore the advantages and disadvantages and the applicable scope of the method, especially under the complicated engineering conditions where the small space and the foundation pit support show the sign of collapse.In order to provide reference for similar projects and break the traditional idea that the external defense and internal sticking method is superior to the external defense internal sticking method, the author puts forward the improved method for the use of the engineering.
