【摘要】：南嶺四省擁有悠久的歷史和多元交融的燦爛文化,又是重要的抗日戰(zhàn)爭和革命根據(jù)地,有著明顯的地域特色。特殊的地理位置、歷史條件和民族民俗文化造就了特殊的城市文化和記憶,形成了豐富多彩和地方特色明顯的地名文化。在我國快速城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中,南嶺四省城市地名的消失和更替阻礙了地名公共服務(wù)體系的建設(shè),對城市記憶的保留與傳承產(chǎn)生了嚴(yán)重的影響。本文對城市改造過程中南嶺四省城市地名公共服務(wù)體系建設(shè)和城市記憶的保留與傳承的作用關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,構(gòu)建出了城市改造質(zhì)量、城市記憶保留與傳承、城市記憶工程和地名公共服務(wù)體系的作用機(jī)理理論模型,針對地名公共服務(wù)體系中的法規(guī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、地名標(biāo)志、地名規(guī)劃和數(shù)字地名四個子體系提出相應(yīng)的政策建議以及技術(shù)路徑,并研究了基于城市記憶的地名公共服務(wù)體系建設(shè)的影響。
[Abstract]:Nanling four provinces have a long history and diverse blend of brilliant culture, but also an important anti-Japanese war and revolutionary base areas, with obvious regional characteristics.Special geographical location, historical conditions and national folk culture have created special urban culture and memory, and formed rich and colorful geographical names culture with obvious local characteristics.In the process of rapid urbanization in our country, the disappearance and replacement of city place names in four provinces of Nanling have hindered the construction of public service system of place names and had a serious impact on the preservation and inheritance of urban memory.This paper studies the relationship between the construction of public service system of city place names in four provinces of Nanling and the preservation and inheritance of urban memory, and constructs the quality of urban transformation, the preservation and inheritance of urban memory.Based on the theoretical model of the function mechanism of urban memory engineering and public place name service system, this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions and technical paths for the four sub-systems of place name public service system, such as legal standard, place name mark, place name planning and digital place name.The influence of the public service system of place names based on urban memory is also studied.
