壓力作用下的混凝土靜態(tài)破裂試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:靜態(tài)破碎技術(shù)是對(duì)炸藥爆破技術(shù)的一個(gè)重要補(bǔ)充和發(fā)展,靜態(tài)破碎技術(shù)與常規(guī)炸藥爆破技術(shù)相比,具有無(wú)飛石、無(wú)震動(dòng)、無(wú)沖擊波、無(wú)粉塵、無(wú)噪音、在施工過(guò)程中不產(chǎn)生有害物質(zhì)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在鋼筋混凝土的破碎、貴重石材定向開(kāi)采、古建筑的修復(fù)、橋梁和深基坑的臨時(shí)支撐拆除等方面受到廣泛應(yīng)用。本文在總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)在壓力作用下的混凝土進(jìn)行了靜態(tài)破裂研究。通過(guò)200mm×200mm× 150mm的測(cè)溫裝置對(duì)靜態(tài)破碎劑的水化反應(yīng)速度、反應(yīng)溫度和體積膨脹率進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)采用了三種水劑比(0.23、0.25、0.28)和三種拌合水溫(25℃C、35℃C、45℃C),當(dāng)保持拌合水溫不變,水劑比對(duì)靜態(tài)破碎劑漿液水化反應(yīng)影響很大,隨著水劑比的增大,靜態(tài)破碎劑漿液最初反應(yīng)時(shí)間越來(lái)越延后;當(dāng)保持水劑比不變,拌合水溫的升高對(duì)靜態(tài)破碎劑漿液前期反應(yīng)時(shí)間有一定加快的作用,后期影響不大;對(duì)于三種水劑比,水劑比為0.23的靜態(tài)破碎劑水化反應(yīng)體積膨脹率為最大,其體積膨脹率達(dá)到了 4.4倍。通過(guò)設(shè)置三種壓力和三種水劑比,對(duì)三種200mm×200mm×200mm不同強(qiáng)度的混凝土試塊進(jìn)行破裂試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在壓力作用下的混凝土試塊通常出現(xiàn)2~3條裂縫,裂縫朝向試塊上下受力面最小抵抗線方向擴(kuò)展;壓力和水劑比越小,相同強(qiáng)度的混凝土試塊產(chǎn)生裂縫的時(shí)間越早;在壓力為4MPa和水劑比為0.23時(shí),C30混凝土試塊上產(chǎn)生了最大的裂縫,其寬度為5.0mm;水劑比和壓力相同時(shí),混凝土試塊出現(xiàn)裂縫的時(shí)間會(huì)隨著混凝土試塊強(qiáng)度的提高而延遲,并且混凝土試塊強(qiáng)度越高,最終所產(chǎn)生的裂縫寬度越小。在保持水劑比相同的條件下,同時(shí)進(jìn)行了三種無(wú)壓力即自由狀態(tài)下的混凝土試塊靜態(tài)破裂試驗(yàn),通過(guò)比較得出在自由狀態(tài)下的試塊開(kāi)裂時(shí)間相對(duì)較早,在自由狀態(tài)下試塊一般產(chǎn)生3~4條裂縫,裂縫擴(kuò)展方向朝著最小抵抗線方向隨機(jī)分布,并且裂縫最終開(kāi)裂寬度大都較寬,在水劑比為0.23時(shí),C30混凝土試塊最寬達(dá)到了 5.0cm。
[Abstract]:Static crushing technology is an important supplement and development to explosive blasting technology. Compared with conventional explosive blasting technology, static crushing technology has no flying stone, no vibration, no shock wave, no dust, no noise.It is widely used in the fields of broken reinforced concrete, directional mining of precious stone, restoration of ancient buildings, temporary support demolition of bridges and deep foundation pit, etc.On the basis of summing up the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, the static fracture of concrete under pressure is studied in this paper.The hydration reaction rate, reaction temperature and volume expansion rate of static crushing agent were tested by using 200mm 脳 200mm 脳 150mm thermometer.
