【摘要】：城市開發(fā)邊界的劃定是遏制城市盲目擴(kuò)張、引導(dǎo)城市空間有序發(fā)展的重要舉措,現(xiàn)階段我國東部試點(diǎn)城市已形成一套較為成熟的劃定思路,但相對(duì)于西部城市的借鑒意義有限。本文從西部城市開發(fā)邊界劃定工作中遇到的問題入手,提出適合本區(qū)域特點(diǎn)的劃定思路,并以西安為例闡述劃定的技術(shù)路線,以期為西部地區(qū)城市開發(fā)邊界的劃定提供參考。
[Abstract]:The demarcation of urban development boundary is an important measure to restrain the blind expansion of cities and guide the orderly development of urban space. At present, the pilot cities in the eastern part of China have formed a set of mature ideas for delineation, but the reference meaning is limited compared with the western cities.Starting with the problems encountered in the demarcation of the urban development boundary in the western region, this paper puts forward some ideas suitable for the delineation of the regional characteristics, and takes Xi'an as an example to elaborate the technical route of the delineation, in order to provide a reference for the delineation of the urban development boundary in the western region.
