【摘要】：隨著我國建筑市場(chǎng)的繁榮以及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的加強(qiáng),施工企業(yè)要想在激烈的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境中生存發(fā)展,就要對(duì)投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)這一階段重視起來。施工企業(yè)在投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)的整個(gè)過程中存在著許多風(fēng)險(xiǎn),此時(shí)對(duì)報(bào)價(jià)進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)分析,對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目可能出現(xiàn)的各種不確定性因素采取有效的預(yù)防措施,盡量消除風(fēng)險(xiǎn)帶來的損失,或者將損失程度降到最低,從而為企業(yè)投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)工作提供依據(jù),對(duì)企業(yè)中標(biāo)后的利潤實(shí)現(xiàn)提供了保障。因此,系統(tǒng)地研究投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題變得尤為重要。本文以石油管道項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)的實(shí)際情況,從投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)決策兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行深入系統(tǒng)地研究,主要從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)決策管理進(jìn)行分析。首先介紹了投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究的背景和意義、國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀,提出了本文的研究內(nèi)容和技術(shù)路線,并介紹了石油管道項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)的程序和要求、編制方法、策略和技巧。然后,本文介紹了工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理相關(guān)內(nèi)容,對(duì)石油管道項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別,分析出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,通過風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)石油管道項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)研究。其次。本文采用概率分析法對(duì)報(bào)價(jià)進(jìn)行分析研究,建立了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)模型,并結(jié)合實(shí)際工程,利用@risk風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析軟件,對(duì)報(bào)價(jià)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)概率分布進(jìn)行模擬,對(duì)報(bào)價(jià)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行決策并采取防范措施。最后,對(duì)本文的研究內(nèi)容和成果進(jìn)行總結(jié)以及闡述下一步的研究方向。
[Abstract]:With the prosperity of the construction market and the strengthening of the competitive power in our country, if the construction enterprises want to survive and develop in the fierce market environment, it is necessary to attach importance to the stage of bidding and quotation.There are many risks in the whole process of bidding and quotation in construction enterprises. At this time, risk evaluation and analysis of quotation are carried out, and effective preventive measures are taken to the various uncertain factors that may appear in the project, so as to eliminate the losses caused by risks as far as possible.Or the degree of loss is reduced to the minimum, which provides the basis for the bidding and quotation work of the enterprise, and provides the guarantee for the realization of the profit after the enterprise wins the bid.Therefore, it is very important to study the risk of bidding price systematically.This paper takes the oil pipeline project as the research object, combines the actual situation of the project bidding, carries on the thorough and systematic research from two aspects of the bidding quotation risk analysis and the risk decision, mainly from the risk identification,Risk assessment and risk decision management are analyzed.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research on the risk of bidding quotation, the present situation at home and abroad, puts forward the research content and technical route of this paper, and introduces the procedures and requirements, compilation methods, strategies and techniques of bidding quotation for oil pipeline projects.Then, this paper introduces the related contents of project risk management, identifies the risk of the oil pipeline project bidding quotation, analyzes the risk factors, and studies the risk in the oil pipeline project bidding quotation through the risk evaluation.Secondly.In this paper, the probability analysis method is used to analyze and study the quotation, the risk model is established, and combining with the actual project, the probability distribution of the quoted price risk is simulated by using the software of @ @ risk risk analysis, and the decision-making of the quoted price risk is carried out and the preventive measures are taken.Finally, the research content and results of this paper are summarized and the next research direction is expounded.
