【摘要】：近年來(lái),建筑業(yè)發(fā)展速度不斷增長(zhǎng),大型建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目也越來(lái)越多,項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中信息量也越來(lái)越大,也使項(xiàng)目管控難度加大。建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目管控是一種由多工種、多參與方協(xié)同才能完成的管理活動(dòng),在項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的全壽命周期各階段都需要處理大量的信息,但隨著建設(shè)項(xiàng)目各參與方之間“信息孤島”現(xiàn)象越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重,阻礙了項(xiàng)目管控的有效實(shí)施,導(dǎo)致這一現(xiàn)狀的主要原因是項(xiàng)目管理理論、研究方法及管控機(jī)制的滯后。雖然,我國(guó)已經(jīng)加快推進(jìn)建筑業(yè)信息化、加大了信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用方面的投入,信息技術(shù)的應(yīng)用和項(xiàng)目管控的水平有所提高,但建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管控的效率仍很低,生產(chǎn)模式也相對(duì)落后,建筑業(yè)粗放模式仍沒有得到改變�！爸腔劢ㄔ臁笔且粋�(gè)新型的建造理念,它要求將新興信息技術(shù)集成應(yīng)用到建筑業(yè)當(dāng)中,以改變傳統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)模式和管理方式,與此同時(shí)改變建筑業(yè)面臨的“信息孤島”、信息傳遞效率低等問題,提高項(xiàng)目各參與方之間信息交互效率。本文首先研究了智慧建造的內(nèi)涵,通過文獻(xiàn)閱讀從智慧城市與智慧建造的關(guān)系、智慧建造的相關(guān)理論和技術(shù)支撐三個(gè)方面來(lái)闡述智慧建造的核心思想。然后,通過對(duì)比分析智慧建造與傳統(tǒng)建造的區(qū)別以及現(xiàn)行項(xiàng)目管控存在的問題,得出智慧建造下項(xiàng)目管控的特點(diǎn),為下文的研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,研究了智慧建造下項(xiàng)目管控的內(nèi)容。通過分析了項(xiàng)目管控的關(guān)鍵因素,確定以進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、成本“鐵三角”作為研究的主要內(nèi)容,并從管控的原則、方法等方面進(jìn)行分析,得出智慧建造下項(xiàng)目管控的優(yōu)勢(shì)。最后,從制度體系、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、流程三個(gè)層面構(gòu)建了智慧建造項(xiàng)目管控機(jī)制,并確定了智慧建造項(xiàng)目管控機(jī)制的評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容、評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系和評(píng)價(jià)方法,以量化智慧建造項(xiàng)目管控機(jī)制,目的是為智慧建造理念的應(yīng)用與推廣提供指導(dǎo)。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于創(chuàng)造性地將智慧建造理念引入到項(xiàng)目管控中去,使項(xiàng)目全壽命周期的各個(gè)階段的管控智慧化,豐富了傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目管控理論,創(chuàng)新了項(xiàng)目管控方法,并提出基于智慧建造的項(xiàng)目管控機(jī)制,為解決建筑企業(yè)面臨的問題提供一個(gè)新的視角和方法,還為有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管控的提供一種新的途徑。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of the construction industry has been increasing, and the large construction projects have become more and more, and the amount of information in the implementation of the projects has become more and more, which also makes the management and control of the projects more difficult. The management and control of construction projects is a kind of multi-work project. The management activities, which can be accomplished by multi-participants in collaboration, need to deal with a large amount of information at all stages of the project construction life cycle. However, as the phenomenon of "information island" between the participants in the construction project becomes more and more serious, the phenomenon of "information island" becomes more and more serious. The main reason for this situation is the lagging of project management theory, research methods and control mechanism. The investment in the application of information technology has been increased, the level of information technology application and project control has been improved, but the efficiency of construction project control is still very low, and the production mode is relatively backward. The "smart building" is a new construction concept that requires the integration of emerging information technologies into the construction industry in order to change the traditional production model and management. At the same time, the construction industry is faced with the problems of "isolated information island" and low efficiency of information transmission, so as to improve the efficiency of information exchange among the participants of the project. Through the literature reading from the relationship between the intelligent city and the construction of wisdom, the related theory and technical support of the construction of wisdom three aspects to explain the core ideas of the construction of wisdom. By comparing and analyzing the differences between intelligent construction and traditional construction and the problems existing in current project control, the characteristics of project management under intelligent construction are obtained, which lays a theoretical foundation for the following research. Secondly, Through analyzing the key factors of project management and control, determining the "iron triangle" of schedule, quality and cost as the main content of the research, and analyzing the principles and methods of management and control, the paper studies the contents of project management and control under intelligent construction. Finally, from the system system, the organization structure, the process, the intelligent construction project management and control mechanism is constructed, and the evaluation content of the intelligent construction project management mechanism is determined. The purpose of this paper is to provide guidance for the application and popularization of intelligent construction idea. The innovation of this paper is to creatively introduce the intelligent construction concept into project management and control. It makes the management and control of each stage of the whole life cycle of the project intelligent, enriches the traditional project management and control theory, innovates the project management and control method, and puts forward the project management and control mechanism based on the wisdom construction. It provides a new visual angle and method for solving the problems faced by construction enterprises, and also provides a new way for the effective implementation of construction project management and control.
