【摘要】：隨著高校外語教學(xué)的快速發(fā)展,語音室已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代化外語教學(xué)不可或缺的重要實(shí)驗(yàn)室。語音室為廣大學(xué)生提供了專業(yè)的外語視聽說實(shí)踐場所,在外語教學(xué)中發(fā)揮著重要的基礎(chǔ)平臺的作用,搞好語音室建設(shè)工作對提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量有著深刻的影響。由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化水平的提高,微課、慕課等學(xué)習(xí)方式得到了前所未有的發(fā)展,它們以優(yōu)質(zhì)的內(nèi)容與多樣化的學(xué)習(xí)方式受到了廣大高校師生的歡迎。同時互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+教育的發(fā)展也加快了外語教學(xué)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,對外語教學(xué)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室--語音室也提出了更高的要求�，F(xiàn)在各高校語音室基本上為單獨(dú)使用,不能充分發(fā)揮其功能,使僅滿足基本視聽說教學(xué)需求的語音室不再適應(yīng)新時期的教學(xué)需要,因此各高校都在積極對現(xiàn)有語音室進(jìn)行改造或新建語音室。在語音室改造項(xiàng)目上,各高校對項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理水平不一,造成改造后的語音室與實(shí)際教學(xué)需求有所偏差,因此,如何保證高校語音室改造項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量是當(dāng)前急需解決的問題。本文從高校管理者的角度,通過運(yùn)用全面質(zhì)量管理方法全面深入的對廊坊市Y高校語音室改造項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行研究,提出并利用PSCA方法優(yōu)化了語音室改造方案,從而提高了語音室改造項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量。本文共分五部分對語音室改造項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行了論述。第一部分首先介紹了該項(xiàng)目的研究背景與意義,然后對國內(nèi)外質(zhì)量管理的研究現(xiàn)狀及論文的研究方法與研究思路進(jìn)行了闡述,提出本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)及不足。第二部分主要對語音室改造項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的理論與方法進(jìn)行了闡述,對項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理及其內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了介紹,最后對語音室改造過程中使用的質(zhì)量管理方法逐一進(jìn)行了說明。第三部分對Y高校語音室改造過程中的質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀做了詳細(xì)的敘述,對項(xiàng)目中存在的問題進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的解讀,并對存在的問題做了詳盡的分析。第四部分從建全工作質(zhì)量保證體系、加強(qiáng)施工進(jìn)度控制、強(qiáng)化質(zhì)量管理三個大的方面對項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,提出項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理具體優(yōu)化措施。第五部分對語音室改造項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理效果進(jìn)行評價。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of college foreign language teaching, language lab has become an important indispensable modern laboratory of foreign language teaching. Language lab to provide our students with professional foreign language listening and speaking practice places, play an important role in the basic platform of foreign language teaching, improve the construction work of the lab has a profound impact on the improving the quality of teaching. The network information level, micro class, Mu class learning has been hitherto unknown development, they to high-quality content and diverse ways of learning by the majority of university teachers and students. At the same time, the development of Internet plus education is also accelerating the transformation of foreign language teaching, laboratory room -- Speech on foreign language teaching are put forward higher requirements. The university lab now basically is used alone, can not give full play to its function, so that only meet the basic teaching requirements The speech room no longer meet the needs of the new era of teaching, so the universities are active in the existing speech room renovation or new voice room. In the project the speech room, to the project quality management level of colleges and universities is not a result, after the transformation of the lab and the actual teaching needs changes, therefore, how to ensure the quality of the lab project is an urgent problem. This paper from the perspective of managers through the use of total quality management methods of comprehensive renovation project of Y University speech room of Langfang city were studied by using PSCA method is proposed and optimization scheme to improve the quality of speech room, speech room renovation project. This paper is divided into five parts of project lab quality management are discussed in this paper. The first part introduces the research background and significance of the project, and then to the domestic and foreign quality management The research situation and research methods of theory and research ideas are discussed, and put forward the innovation of this paper. The second part mainly expounds the theory and method of project lab quality management, the quality of project management and its connotation are introduced, the quality management methods of using the transformation process in the language lab one by one are described. The third part makes a detailed description of the present situation of quality management improvement process of Y University speech room, to the question existing in the project carried out a detailed interpretation, and the problems are analyzed in details. The fourth part from the sound quality assurance system, strengthen the control of construction schedule. Strengthen the optimization of project quality management in three aspects of quality management, put forward specific measures to optimize the project quality management. The fifth part of the quality management efficiency of project voice room The fruit is evaluated.
