廢棄燒結磚骨料制備滲蓄生態(tài)材料研究

【摘要】:從海綿城市建設理念著手,采用不同粒級的建筑垃圾廢棄燒結磚為骨料,農業(yè)廢棄物谷殼灰為填充料,研究骨料粒級、原料配合比、填充料摻量等對廢棄燒結磚骨料蓄水透水材料的吸水率、滲透系數和抗壓強度的影響,得到蓄水性好、透水性高、強度較大的滲蓄生態(tài)材料的優(yōu)化配比。研究結果表明:骨料粒級為2.36~4.75 mm時,通過優(yōu)化配比設計,材料的吸水率可達24.3%,滲透系數達5 cm/s,強度約為8 MPa;通過摻入約35 kg/m~3的谷殼灰,可使?jié)B蓄生態(tài)材料的吸水率達到30%,提高6%,滲透系數≥4 cm/s,強度≥5 MPa。該材料可用于海綿城市建設及堤岸護坡工程。
[Abstract]:Starting from the concept of spongy city construction, using the waste sintered brick of construction waste of different grained grade as aggregate, and the grain husk ash of agricultural waste as filling material, the grain-grade aggregate and the proportion of raw materials are studied. The effects of filler content on water absorption, permeability and compressive strength of waste sintered brick aggregates, such as water absorption rate, permeability coefficient and compressive strength, have been obtained with good water storage and high water permeability. The results show that when the aggregate size is 2.36 ~ 4.75 mm, the water absorption ratio of the material can reach 24.33cm / s, the permeability coefficient is 5 cm / s, the strength is about 8 MPA, and the grain husk ash of about 35 kg/m~3 is added.
