永磁同步曳引機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)控制關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著城市化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn),電梯已經(jīng)成為人們生活中必備的運(yùn)載工具。中國是全球最大的電梯生產(chǎn)國和消費(fèi)國,但本土電梯品牌長期在曳引機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)控制技術(shù)上受制于人,發(fā)展我國自主的電梯高性能驅(qū)動(dòng)控制技術(shù)是縮短國內(nèi)外差距、開拓市場(chǎng)份額的必經(jīng)之路。本文針對(duì)曳引機(jī)控制中存在的技術(shù)難點(diǎn),研究了永磁同步曳引機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)與控制中若干關(guān)鍵技術(shù),主要工作與成果如下:(1)對(duì)采用傳統(tǒng)串級(jí)PI控制的曳引機(jī)矢量控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究,結(jié)合曳引機(jī)控制的具體需求,針對(duì)PI控制器存在的不足,在電流環(huán)和速度環(huán)中分別引入解耦補(bǔ)償控制和多模態(tài)切換控制,并進(jìn)行了仿真驗(yàn)證。(2)分析了曳引機(jī)啟動(dòng)時(shí)的轉(zhuǎn)子初始位置檢測(cè)問題,提出了一種利用正弦波增量式編碼器換向信號(hào)計(jì)算轉(zhuǎn)子初始位置的方法,滿足了曳引機(jī)拖動(dòng)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用需求。(3)分析了因編碼器量化誤差導(dǎo)致的低速抖動(dòng)問題以及負(fù)載擾動(dòng)對(duì)曳引機(jī)運(yùn)行性能的影響,基于卡爾曼濾波的原理,分別了設(shè)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)速、轉(zhuǎn)矩觀測(cè)器,改善了曳引機(jī)低速運(yùn)行性能,實(shí)現(xiàn)了曳引機(jī)抗擾動(dòng)控制,有效提高了電梯曳引機(jī)系統(tǒng)全速度段的調(diào)速性能指標(biāo)。(4)基于自行研制的曳引機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng),完成了曳引機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)控制軟件的研發(fā),包括電機(jī)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)檢測(cè)模塊、轉(zhuǎn)速、轉(zhuǎn)矩觀測(cè)器模塊、轉(zhuǎn)速、電流調(diào)節(jié)器模塊和PWM信號(hào)發(fā)生模塊。以上方法在實(shí)際系統(tǒng)中進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,結(jié)果表明:本文提出的永磁同步曳引機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)控制算法是有效的,對(duì)給定的電梯運(yùn)行速度曲線具備良好的跟蹤性能。
