【摘要】：近些年快速城鎮(zhèn)化導(dǎo)致我國(guó)很多城市旱內(nèi)澇頻發(fā),與"速排"相反,一些國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者提出城市雨水資源化。隨著"海綿城市"的推行,城市雨洪基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施規(guī)劃尤顯重要,但目前我國(guó)相關(guān)研究仍較缺乏。從城市規(guī)劃層面探討了雨洪基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施空間布局的規(guī)劃方法途徑,首先綜合分析城市水文、地形、土地利用現(xiàn)狀及其他專項(xiàng)規(guī)劃,把控多層次"灰色"與"綠色"雨水基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的耦合關(guān)系:其次依據(jù)不同層次需求歸納"雨水促滲截留型"、"雨水調(diào)蓄;爭(zhēng)化型"、"綜合功能型"三大類綠色雨水基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的應(yīng)用途徑,以期為海綿城市建設(shè)提供參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, rapid urbanization has led to frequent drought and waterlogging in many cities in China. Contrary to "rapid discharge", some domestic scholars have proposed that urban Rain Water be used as a resource. With the implementation of "Sponge City", urban rain flood infrastructure planning is particularly important. However, there is still a lack of relevant research in China. From the level of urban planning, this paper discusses the ways of planning the spatial layout of rain and flood infrastructure. Firstly, it comprehensively analyzes the urban hydrology, topography, land use status and other special planning. The coupling relationship between "gray" and "green" Rain Water infrastructure is analyzed: secondly, according to different levels of demand, "Rain Water impelled seepage and retention", "Rain Water regulation"; In order to provide reference for the construction of sponge city, three kinds of green Rain Water infrastructure should be applied.
