料漿黏度對(duì)鋁粉氣泡穩(wěn)定性的影響

【摘要】:采用羥丙基甲基纖維素醚(HPMC)溶液來(lái)模擬蒸壓加氣混凝土料漿,并測(cè)試了HPMC溶液黏度,研究了溶液黏度和NaOH質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)對(duì)鋁粉氣泡穩(wěn)定性的影響.結(jié)果表明:HPMC溶液黏度與HPMC質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)呈冪函數(shù)關(guān)系;溶液黏度增加,有利于鋁粉氣泡的生成和穩(wěn)定,直到達(dá)到溶液黏度臨界值;增加NaOH質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)將提高鋁粉發(fā)氣速度,但過(guò)高的NaOH質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)會(huì)加速氣泡的合并和破裂,因此NaOH質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)存在一個(gè)最佳值.
[Abstract]:The hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether (HPMC) solution to simulate the autoclaved aerated concrete slurry, and tested the HPMC viscosity of the solution and the effect of solution viscosity and NaOH mass fraction of aluminum bubble stability. The results show that the viscosity of HPMC solution with the mass fraction of HPMC is a power function; the viscosity of the solution increased, with the formation and stabilization for aluminum bubble, the viscosity of the solution until it reaches the critical value; increasing the mass fraction of NaOH will improve the speed of powder gas, but the mass fraction of NaOH is too high will accelerate consolidation and rupture of bubbles, the mass fraction of NaOH has a best value.
