青島地區(qū)某被動(dòng)房采暖期室內(nèi)環(huán)境質(zhì)量與采暖能耗分析研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力的不斷發(fā)展,世界能源消耗問題越來越嚴(yán)重,能源需求的增量也不斷地上升,伴隨著能源的消耗,資源也開始枯竭,與此同時(shí)環(huán)境問題越來越突出,例如碳排放量逐年上升,從而導(dǎo)致氣候變暖等諸多問題。在社會(huì)總能耗里,建筑能耗占有很大的比重,對我國來說,建筑能耗占社會(huì)總能耗的40%左右,這嚴(yán)重制約了我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。盡管我國很早就開始實(shí)施相關(guān)建筑節(jié)能標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但是建筑能耗還是遠(yuǎn)高于發(fā)達(dá)國家水平,因此進(jìn)一步研究綠色節(jié)能建筑勢在必行。在節(jié)能建筑中,德國被動(dòng)房由于具有“超低能耗”的特點(diǎn),逐漸被人們所熟知,并且得到我國政府政策的支持,從而被動(dòng)房開始在我國土地上迅速發(fā)展起來。但是由于我國對于被動(dòng)房的研究還處于起步階段,在一些技術(shù)、施工等方面還不夠成熟,對于被動(dòng)房的設(shè)計(jì)建造難免會(huì)出現(xiàn)問題,從而使得建造而成的被動(dòng)房無法達(dá)到最初的設(shè)計(jì)要求及標(biāo)準(zhǔn),因此對建成之后的被動(dòng)房的相關(guān)評價(jià)研究顯得尤為重要。本文依據(jù)國家的相關(guān)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),參考國內(nèi)外的研究成果,通過總結(jié)梳理大量的文獻(xiàn)、實(shí)地調(diào)研、專家咨詢等方法對青島地區(qū)某被動(dòng)房采暖期的室內(nèi)環(huán)境質(zhì)量與采暖能耗進(jìn)行研究。首先研究的是青島地區(qū)的氣候特點(diǎn),并根據(jù)氣候特點(diǎn)分析得出青島地區(qū)被動(dòng)房的相關(guān)指標(biāo)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);其次是對該被動(dòng)房的設(shè)計(jì)工況、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)等方面進(jìn)行分析研究;然后對該被動(dòng)房首個(gè)采暖期的室內(nèi)環(huán)境質(zhì)量進(jìn)行監(jiān)測并對監(jiān)測得到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,并對其采暖能耗進(jìn)行計(jì)算,最后通過總結(jié)判斷分析得出該被動(dòng)房是否可以起到示范作用。本文通過研究得出以下結(jié)論:一是通過分析計(jì)算得出該被動(dòng)房的圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的性能參數(shù)符合相關(guān)技術(shù)指標(biāo);二是通過分析該被動(dòng)房在首個(gè)采暖期的室內(nèi)環(huán)境方面的三個(gè)因素即溫度、CO2濃度及PM2.5濃度及其數(shù)據(jù),得出符合《被動(dòng)式超低能耗綠色建筑技術(shù)導(dǎo)則》中的標(biāo)準(zhǔn);三是通過公式分析計(jì)算得到該被動(dòng)房在首個(gè)采暖期的采暖能耗為10.84(7)??amhkW(8)2,符合《被動(dòng)式超低能耗綠色建筑技術(shù)導(dǎo)則》中的標(biāo)準(zhǔn);最后得出最終結(jié)論即該被動(dòng)房可以為青島地區(qū)后續(xù)被動(dòng)房的建設(shè)起到示范作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of social productivity, the problem of energy consumption in the world is becoming more and more serious, and the increment of energy demand is also rising. With the consumption of energy, resources are also beginning to dry up. At the same time, the environmental problems are becoming more and more prominent. For example, carbon emissions are rising year by year, resulting in many problems such as climate warming. Building energy consumption accounts for a large proportion of the total social energy consumption. For our country, building energy consumption accounts for about 40% of the total social energy consumption. This has seriously restricted the sustainable development of our country's economy and society. Although our country began to implement the related building energy conservation standards very early, the building energy consumption is still far higher than that of the developed countries. Therefore, it is imperative to further study green energy-saving buildings. In energy-saving buildings, passive housing in Germany is gradually known and supported by our government policy because of its "ultra-low energy consumption". As a result, passive houses began to develop rapidly on the land of our country. However, because the research on passive houses in our country is still in its infancy and is not mature enough in some aspects, such as technology and construction, problems will inevitably arise in the design and construction of passive houses. Therefore, it is very important to study the evaluation of passive housing after completion. According to the relevant technical standards of the country, this paper refers to the domestic and foreign research results. The indoor environmental quality and heating energy consumption during the heating period of a passive house in Qingdao area are studied by summarizing and combing a lot of documents, field investigation, expert consultation and so on. First, the climatic characteristics of Qingdao area are studied. According to the analysis of climate characteristics, the author draws the index standard of passive house in Qingdao area, and then analyzes and studies the design condition and key technology of the passive house. Then the indoor environmental quality of the first heating period of the passive house is monitored and the data obtained from the monitoring are analyzed, and the heating energy consumption is calculated. Finally, through summing up and judging whether the passive housing can play a demonstration role, this paper draws the following conclusions through the study: first, through analysis and calculation, the performance parameters of the passive housing enclosure structure accord with the relevant technical indicators; Secondly, by analyzing the three factors of indoor environment of the passive building in the first heating period, namely, the concentration of CO _ 2 and PM2.5 and their data, the standard of "passive ultra-low energy consumption green building technical guide" is obtained. Thirdly, through formula analysis and calculation, the heating energy consumption of the passive house in the first heating period is 10.84? ? AmhkWY8Y2 conforms to the standard of "Technical guidelines for passive Ultra-low Energy consumption Green Building", and finally comes to the conclusion that the passive building can play an exemplary role in the construction of passive buildings in Qingdao area.
