【摘要】：20世紀(jì)以來,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛增長(zhǎng),不斷推進(jìn)著城鎮(zhèn)化的進(jìn)程,城鎮(zhèn)的擴(kuò)展、更新等步伐的加快又帶來了城市土地結(jié)構(gòu)以及空間類型的更新。這就促使中心城市與周邊郊縣地域的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系日益緊密,區(qū)域協(xié)作網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展和效率也已經(jīng)成為影響城市競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的主要方面,大都市區(qū)化以及城市整合的趨勢(shì)已經(jīng)顯現(xiàn)。區(qū)域中心城市作為具備引領(lǐng)、輻射、集散等多種功能的地理中心,在大都市區(qū)的形成與發(fā)展建設(shè)中發(fā)揮著重要作用,正逐步成為以新型城鎮(zhèn)化和經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)為主旋律的當(dāng)今社會(huì)中的關(guān)鍵角色。因此對(duì)于大都市區(qū)空間的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展、演變規(guī)律的探討,以及對(duì)其城市間整合的研究,可以為我國大都市區(qū)正在制定、實(shí)施的相關(guān)規(guī)劃和未來城鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)一步的建設(shè)提供有價(jià)值的參考,在理論和實(shí)踐方面都具有一定的意義。本研究通過架構(gòu)大都市區(qū)空間擴(kuò)展與城市整合的理論框架,從大都市區(qū)和城市目前的研究進(jìn)展入手,理順大都市區(qū)、城市及整合的概念,科學(xué)界定沈陽大都市區(qū)的空間范圍;通過各時(shí)期沈陽大都市區(qū)的空間擴(kuò)展變化,揭示沈陽大都市區(qū)演變的時(shí)空特征與動(dòng)力機(jī)制;在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)與沈陽大都市區(qū)在地理空間上緊密相連的撫順、鐵嶺和本溪三座城市間的整合發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)作以總結(jié),并對(duì)于未來幾座城市間的整合方面和途徑進(jìn)行深入探討。論文在寫作思路上總體遵循“實(shí)踐問題的初步認(rèn)識(shí)——已有研究的總結(jié)——實(shí)證研究——理論的上升與完善”這一基本路線展開,具體包括:(1)對(duì)本研究的相關(guān)背景進(jìn)行總結(jié),并據(jù)此提出目前研究遇到的瓶頸;(2)針對(duì)問題對(duì)前人已有的相關(guān)理論研究和實(shí)踐進(jìn)行總結(jié)和認(rèn)識(shí),把握相關(guān)研究的系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建以及最新進(jìn)展,進(jìn)而確定自己的研究角度和理論基礎(chǔ);(3)根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)的概覽,對(duì)研究中的關(guān)鍵概念進(jìn)行明確界定,搭建大都市區(qū)空間擴(kuò)展和城市整合的理論框架;(4)選擇沈陽這一較為典型的區(qū)域中心城市,在以上理論框架下對(duì)沈陽大都市區(qū)的形成、發(fā)展、空間特征、形成機(jī)制等作以詳細(xì)分析;(5)總結(jié)沈陽大都市區(qū)已有的城市整合實(shí)踐,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出下一步整合的路徑,實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域的共同發(fā)展。全文包括七個(gè)部分,即緒論、五章正文以及結(jié)論:緒論部分,在充分了解選題背景的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹論文的研究意義、內(nèi)容與方法。通過回顧目前我國區(qū)域中心城市在大都市區(qū)方面的建設(shè)、發(fā)展,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中急需解決的幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵問題,闡述了選題的理論意義與實(shí)踐意義;明確本文研究的主要內(nèi)容,并根據(jù)研究?jī)?nèi)容的需要確立全文的研究方法及研究框架。第二章,主要對(duì)本論文中涉及到的大都市區(qū)、城市等基本概念及相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行總結(jié)與梳理,并構(gòu)建大都市區(qū)空間擴(kuò)展與城市整合的理論框架,為后文分析提供理論支撐。第三章,以沈陽為例,主要研究其發(fā)展及空間界定。其中包括:沈陽大都市區(qū)形成的背景;沈陽大都市區(qū)自身發(fā)展基礎(chǔ);以及不同界定方法下,沈陽大都市區(qū)的空間范圍。第四章,主要研究沈陽大都市區(qū)空間擴(kuò)展的過程、特征及動(dòng)力機(jī)制。其中包括沈陽大都市區(qū)空間發(fā)展階段;沈陽大都市區(qū)空間擴(kuò)展階段特征;沈陽大都市區(qū)空間擴(kuò)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制以及相關(guān)討論。第五章,主要梳理了沈陽大都市區(qū)與撫順、鐵嶺、本溪三座城市的整合發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)和已有實(shí)踐總結(jié)。其中包括:沈陽大都市區(qū)城市整合的客觀基礎(chǔ)、必要性與可能性;沈陽大都市區(qū)城市整合發(fā)展的要素;已有相關(guān)規(guī)劃實(shí)踐及規(guī)劃實(shí)踐評(píng)價(jià)。第六章,主要研究未來沈陽大都市區(qū)城市整合發(fā)展的路徑。其中主要包括,沈陽大都市區(qū)與城市發(fā)展模式選擇、整合發(fā)展重點(diǎn)方面、整合發(fā)展的路徑三個(gè)方面。結(jié)論部分,為文章總結(jié)并對(duì)結(jié)論進(jìn)行理論思考。對(duì)全文進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納,并結(jié)合本學(xué)科以及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的認(rèn)識(shí),提煉出8條主要的研究結(jié)論和3點(diǎn)創(chuàng)新之處。最后指出研究中存在的不足及遺留問題,并對(duì)后續(xù)研究進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Since twentieth Century, China's rapid economic growth, continue to promote the process of urbanization, urban expansion, accelerate the pace of updating and brought the city land structure and spatial types of updates. This prompted the central city and surrounding suburban areas of social economic ties increasingly close regional cooperation, the development of the network and also has efficiency a major impact on the competitiveness of the city, metropolitan area and city integration trend has emerged. As the regional center of the city have to lead, radiation, etc. the function of distributed geographic center, plays an important role in the formation and development of the construction of the metropolitan area, is gradually becoming a key role in today's society in the new urbanization and economic construction the main theme of the metropolitan area. So for the generation of space development, explore the evolution, and the research on integration of the city, as can be China's metropolitan area is being developed, the relevant planning implementation and future urban construction to provide valuable reference, has certain significance in theory and practice. This research through the theoretical framework of metropolitan spatial expansion and integration of the city, starting from the present research progress of the metropolitan area and city, straighten out the metropolitan area. The concept of city and integration, the scope of the Shenyang metropolitan area of science; expansion through the period of the Shenyang metropolitan area space, reveals the characteristics and dynamic mechanism of the evolution of the Shenyang metropolitan area; on the basis of the Shenyang metropolitan area, and is closely linked in the geographical space of Fushun, Tieling and Benxi three inter city based on summarizing the development of integration, and the integration and the way the next few inter city are discussed. According to the total body on the thinking of writing" A preliminary understanding of practical problems -- a summary of the research -- An Empirical Study -- the rise of theory and improvement of the basic line, including: (1) the background of this research are summarized, and put forward the current bottleneck encountered; (2) to solve the problem of the theory research and practice of previous summarize and understand, grasp the system and the latest progress in related research construction, and to determine their own research perspective and theoretical basis; (3) according to a literature overview, to clearly define the key concepts in the study, building the theoretical framework of urban spatial expansion and integration of the city; (4) the choice of Shenyang the typical regional center of the city, the spatial characteristics of the above theory under the framework of the Shenyang metropolitan area formation, development, formation mechanism, makes a detailed analysis; (5) summary of the Shenyang metropolitan area has been the city City integration practice, put forward on the basis of the next step in the path of integration, to achieve regional common development. This thesis consists of seven parts, namely the introduction, five chapters and a conclusion: in the introduction part, based on a full understanding of the background, significance of the content and methods. Through the review of China's district center city in the metropolitan area of the construction, development, found several key problems among them, expounds the theoretical and practical significance of the topic; clear the main content of this paper, and according to the research content needed to establish the research methods and research framework. The second chapter of this paper relates to the metropolitan area, city and other basic concepts and related theories are summarized and combed, and constructs the theoretical framework of urban spatial expansion and city integration, to provide theoretical support for the analysis of the third chapter, Taking Shenyang as an example, the main research and development and spatial definition. Including: Shenyang metropolitan area formation background; Shenyang metropolitan area development foundation; and different method of definition, scope of the Shenyang metropolitan area. In the fourth chapter, the research of Shenyang metropolitan area spatial expansion process, including the characteristics and dynamic mechanism. Shenyang metropolitan spatial development stage; growth stage characteristics of Shenyang metropolitan space; dynamic mechanism of Shenyang metropolitan spatial expansion and discussion. The fifth chapter mainly combs the metropolitan area of Shenyang and Fushun, Tieling, Benxi three city integration development foundation and existing practice. Including: the objective basis of Shenyang metropolitan city integration the necessity and possibility of elements; Shenyang metropolitan area city integration development; existing planning and planning practice evaluation. The sixth chapter mainly. Study on the future path of Shenyang metropolitan city integration development. Which mainly include the Shenyang metropolitan area and the city development mode selection, integration and development priorities, three aspects of path integration development. The conclusion is the summary and conclusion of the theory of thinking. The whole paper is summarized, and combined with the understanding of the subject and related the extracted 8 main conclusions and 3 innovations. Finally pointed out the shortcomings and problems, and the subsequent research is prospected.
