【摘要】：歷史街區(qū)曾經(jīng)記錄了城市的經(jīng)濟、政治和文化最為輝煌的時刻,它是城市的縮影,具有獨特性和不可再生性。大柵欄商業(yè)街與前門大街共同處于前門—大柵欄歷史街區(qū),它們同樣是出現(xiàn)在元代,明代形成規(guī)模,清末和民國初期達(dá)到鼎盛時期,新中國成立后逐漸衰敗。它們曾經(jīng)彼此影響、共同繁榮,成為當(dāng)時北京城的中央商務(wù)區(qū)。在商業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛的今天,大柵欄商業(yè)街雖不復(fù)當(dāng)年盛況,卻依然游人交織、熱鬧非凡。而改造后的前門大街雖然煥然一新,扭轉(zhuǎn)了改造前“臟亂差”的格局,卻顯得有幾分凄涼。因此,針對這同一歷史街區(qū)內(nèi)一興一衰的現(xiàn)象,作為研究的切入點,探究造成大柵欄商業(yè)街與前門大街興衰差異的原因,從而總結(jié)出歷史街區(qū)商業(yè)街景觀改造的設(shè)計方法及原則,為今后歷史街區(qū)商業(yè)街景觀改造有所借鑒價值。本文研究首先對大柵欄商業(yè)街與前門大街的歷史發(fā)展脈絡(luò)進(jìn)行梳理,然后對兩者的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行比較研究,分析出兩者興與衰的根源,主要是由街道尺度、建筑風(fēng)格、管理主體、商業(yè)定位及市井文化的差異造成的。然后,根據(jù)兩者改造后的得與失總結(jié)出歷史街區(qū)商業(yè)街景觀改造的設(shè)計方法,應(yīng)從宏觀、中觀、微觀三個層次逐級進(jìn)行,并提出歷史街區(qū)商業(yè)街景觀改造的原則。本文最后,以北京大柵欄西街為例,將作者提出的改造設(shè)計方法融入設(shè)計實踐中,闡釋了方法的可行性,為大柵欄西街的景觀改造提供了全新的思路。同時,也作為國內(nèi)外其他歷史街區(qū)商業(yè)街景觀改造良好的參考。
[Abstract]:The historical block once recorded the city's economy, the most glorious moment for politics and culture, it is a microcosm of the city, with a unique and non renewable. Dashanlan commercial street and Qianmen Street in Qianmen Dashilan - Common Historic District, they also appeared in the Yuan Dynasty, the Ming Dynasty in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China and the formation of scale, achieve after the founding of new Chinese heyday, gradually decline. They have mutual effect, common prosperity, to become the Beijing city's central business district. In the rapid development of business today, Dashanlan commercial street is no longer grand, but still bustling. Visitors are intertwined, and the transformation of the Qianmen Street while reversing the transformation of the former "take on an altogether new aspect. Filthy" pattern, it seems a bit bleak. Therefore, in the same historical blocks in a Xing a decline phenomenon as the breakthrough point, explore the causes of Dashanlan commercial street and Causes of the rise and fall of Qianmen Street differences, and to summarize the design method of historical commercial street landscape transformation and principle, reference value for the future of historical commercial street landscape transformation. This paper studies the development history of the first Dashanlan commercial street and Qianmen Street to sort out, and then compare the research status quo, the analysis of the difference Xing origin and decline, mainly by the street scale, architectural style, the main body of management, differences in business location and the marketplace culture. Then, according to the modified and summed up the design method of historical street area commercial street landscape transformation from the macro, meso and micro levels of the three step by step, and the historical commercial street landscape transformation principle. Finally, taking Beijing Dashilan street as an example, the author puts forward the design method of the transformation into the design practice, explains the methods The feasibility provides a brand new idea for the landscape renovation of the Da Huran West Street. At the same time, it also serves as a good reference for landscape reconstruction in other historical blocks at home and abroad.
