【摘要】：近幾年隨著我國小城鎮(zhèn)住宅建設(shè)的迅猛發(fā)展和建設(shè)水平的提高,其居住環(huán)境的改善和設(shè)計(jì)問題也日益凸顯。小城鎮(zhèn)居住區(qū)綠地景觀環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)中的很多不合理的問題逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來:如盲目抄襲大城市商品居住區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格,采用不當(dāng)?shù)某叨群褪址▽?dǎo)致浪費(fèi)了大量的人力和物力,也影響了小城鎮(zhèn)居民生活質(zhì)量的提高和原有良好生活氣氛的延續(xù),各種關(guān)于居住生活的心理問題如缺乏歸屬感和鄰里交往逐漸淡漠等也隨之產(chǎn)生,這一系列問題都亟待研究解決。鄂爾多斯市烏審旗無定河鎮(zhèn)河南村是原鄉(xiāng)政府所在地,在合鄉(xiāng)并鎮(zhèn)改革后,成為現(xiàn)河南村,但仍保留了原有的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)規(guī)模。本文在對(duì)馨園小區(qū)的實(shí)地調(diào)研考察后,結(jié)合大量小城鎮(zhèn)低成本居住區(qū)綠地景觀設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)理論研究,針對(duì)其居住區(qū)內(nèi)綠地景觀環(huán)境建設(shè)所遇到的的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題提出具體的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方案。希望通過低成本的設(shè)計(jì)手段,在有限的條件下為居民營建一個(gè)尺度合宜、環(huán)境良好的居住環(huán)境,一方面使居民間親切的鄰里關(guān)系得以延續(xù),另一方面也要通過景觀環(huán)境的設(shè)計(jì),引導(dǎo)居民生活方式向著的有益的方向改變。全文主要內(nèi)容是通過對(duì)小城鎮(zhèn)低成本居住區(qū)景觀的內(nèi)涵及組成要素等問題進(jìn)行深入的分析研究,擬找出居民對(duì)居住環(huán)境的基本訴求。并以馨園小區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,將理論研究所得出的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和結(jié)論,應(yīng)用到具體的方案設(shè)計(jì)中。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of housing construction and the improvement of construction level in small towns in China, Many unreasonable problems in the design of green space landscape environment of residential areas in small towns have gradually emerged, such as blindly copying the design style of commercial residential areas in large cities. The use of inappropriate measures and techniques has led to the waste of a great deal of human and material resources, and has also affected the improvement of the quality of life of the residents of small towns and the continuation of the original good atmosphere of living. A variety of psychological problems about living and living, such as lack of sense of belonging and the gradual indifference of neighborhood contacts, have also emerged, and these problems need to be urgently studied and solved. The village of Wuding River Town, Wuding River Town, Wushen Banner, Ordos City, is the seat of the former township government. After the reform of Hexiang and Shunzhen, it has become the present Hainan Village, but it still retains the original scale of township construction. After the field investigation and investigation of Xinyuan District, this paper combines with the related theory research of green space landscape design of a large number of small towns and low-cost residential areas. In view of the practical problems encountered in the construction of green space landscape environment in its residential area, this paper puts forward a concrete plan and design scheme. It is hoped that through low-cost design means and under limited conditions, it is appropriate to build a scale for the residents. On the one hand, the friendly neighborhood relationship among the residents can be continued because of the good living environment, on the other hand, the design of the landscape environment should also be adopted. The main content of this paper is to make a deep analysis and study on the connotation and components of the landscape of low-cost residential areas in small towns. This paper intends to find out the residents' basic demands on the living environment, and applies the experience and conclusions of the theoretical research to the concrete scheme design, taking Xinyuan district as the research object.
