【摘要】:現(xiàn)如今,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展得越來(lái)越快,超高層的建筑不斷增多,因此,基坑面積和開(kāi)挖深度也相應(yīng)地產(chǎn)生了巨大的變化;庸こ淌侵冈诘叵率┕み^(guò)程中,采用基坑支護(hù)、降低水位以及開(kāi)挖土方等一系列措施,以確保主體結(jié)構(gòu)安全有效地施工且不對(duì)周圍環(huán)境產(chǎn)生破壞的一項(xiàng)綜合性工程。深基坑工程的特點(diǎn)以深、大、復(fù)雜為主。在基坑開(kāi)挖前,需要先對(duì)基坑采取支護(hù)措施,伴隨著基坑的開(kāi)挖,支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)即開(kāi)始受力并引發(fā)變形。其結(jié)構(gòu)變形會(huì)造成很多破壞,如地表沉降、結(jié)構(gòu)失穩(wěn)破裂,對(duì)周邊建筑環(huán)境產(chǎn)生非常嚴(yán)重的影響。本文依托于上海某地區(qū)的基坑支護(hù)工程,對(duì)排樁+內(nèi)支撐支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)變形系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了深入研究。主要工作及研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:首先,總結(jié)了基坑主要支護(hù)體系及其使用范圍,并基于深基坑樁體變形機(jī)理,進(jìn)行了變形理論分析;其次,依托上海某基地項(xiàng)目,以工程中已有的資料作為參考,并借助于Midas GTS工程模擬軟件建立了深基坑排樁+內(nèi)支撐支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的模型,對(duì)分步開(kāi)挖的過(guò)程進(jìn)行了模擬,根據(jù)應(yīng)變?cè)茍D,分析了支護(hù)樁體變形和內(nèi)支撐軸力的變化規(guī)律;然后,結(jié)合實(shí)際現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所獲得的監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),將監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)與模擬數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證了參數(shù)選取和模型建立的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)要點(diǎn);最后,在所建的模型的基礎(chǔ)上,利用數(shù)值模擬方法研究了樁體入土深度、樁間距、樁徑、地面超載和支撐間距等參數(shù)對(duì)支護(hù)樁體變形的影響規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the economy of China is developing more and more rapidly, and the number of super high-rise buildings is increasing. Therefore, the area and depth of foundation pit have changed greatly accordingly. The foundation pit engineering refers to the use of foundation pit support in the process of underground construction. A series of measures such as lowering water level and excavation of earth to ensure that the main structure is safely and effectively constructed and does not cause damage to the surrounding environment. The characteristics of deep foundation pit are deep, large and complex. It is necessary to take supporting measures for foundation pit first. With the excavation of foundation pit, the supporting structure will begin to bear force and cause deformation, which will cause a lot of damage, such as ground subsidence, structural instability and rupture. This paper, based on the foundation pit support project in a certain area of Shanghai, makes a deep study on the deformation system of the supporting structure inside the row pile. The main work and research contents are as follows: first of all, The main supporting system of foundation pit and its application scope are summarized, and based on the deformation mechanism of deep foundation pit pile, the deformation theory analysis is carried out. Secondly, based on a project in Shanghai, the existing materials in the project are taken as reference. With the help of Midas GTS engineering simulation software, the model of deep foundation pit pile supporting structure is established, and the process of step excavation is simulated. According to the strain cloud diagram, the deformation of supporting pile and the variation law of supporting axial force are analyzed. Combined with the monitoring data obtained from the actual site, the monitoring data and the simulation data are compared and analyzed, and the key technical points of parameter selection and model establishment are verified. Finally, on the basis of the established model, The influence of the parameters such as the depth of the pile, the distance between the piles, the diameter of the pile, the ground overload and the support spacing on the deformation of the supporting pile is studied by using the numerical simulation method.
