【摘要】：21世紀(jì)以來(lái),面對(duì)傳統(tǒng)健康觀念和醫(yī)學(xué)診斷技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的患者選擇使用更新的、更科學(xué)的、更直觀的診斷措施,即醫(yī)學(xué)影像診斷,來(lái)輔助治療個(gè)人病癥�，F(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)影像中心逐漸發(fā)展成為保證醫(yī)院正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的核心科室。由于現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院設(shè)計(jì)理念的轉(zhuǎn)變和數(shù)字化醫(yī)療技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,醫(yī)學(xué)影像中心的診療操作方式和建筑空間布局正在發(fā)生根本性的改變。本文根據(jù)專業(yè)醫(yī)療設(shè)備公司所提供的資料,和醫(yī)院影像中心實(shí)地調(diào)研中所反映的問(wèn)題,在理論和實(shí)踐分析兩個(gè)方面對(duì)影像中心展開研究。研究的主要內(nèi)容包括:醫(yī)學(xué)影像學(xué)的發(fā)展歷程;影像中心的概念、管理設(shè)置要求和設(shè)計(jì)原則;規(guī)模確定的方法、布局形式和與周邊空間的關(guān)系;內(nèi)部空間的流線組織模式、剖面設(shè)計(jì)方法、人性化設(shè)計(jì)措施,以及防輻射設(shè)計(jì)要求、機(jī)電要求、承重和運(yùn)輸要求、環(huán)境要求、裝修材料選擇要求等相關(guān)專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)介紹。通過(guò)以上研究,歸納出現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院影像中心空間設(shè)計(jì)的規(guī)劃布局方法、流線組織形式、基本尺度、人性化設(shè)計(jì)措施和特殊空間其他詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)要求。這是本論文研究的重點(diǎn)和核心。論文撰寫中用到的方法主要包括:文獻(xiàn)縱深分類法、多學(xué)科交叉研究方法、行為研究法、溝通調(diào)查法和實(shí)例分析法。理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合是本論文開展研究的前提和基礎(chǔ)。本論文的研究成果主要有:影像中心的五種單元組織形式、功能分區(qū)、流線組織、空間尺度、醫(yī)學(xué)影像設(shè)備防輻射措施及相關(guān)專業(yè)設(shè)置要求等。本文關(guān)于影像中心建筑設(shè)計(jì)的研究和探索,希望能夠?qū)ο嚓P(guān)建筑設(shè)計(jì)人員的實(shí)際工作有所幫助和啟示,對(duì)完善和發(fā)展影像中心建筑設(shè)計(jì)理論有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, with the continuous development of traditional health concepts and medical diagnostic techniques, more and more patients have chosen to use newer, more scientific and more intuitive diagnostic measures, that is, medical imaging diagnosis. Modern medical imaging center has gradually developed into the core department to ensure the normal operation of the hospital. Due to the transformation of modern hospital design concept and the continuous progress of digital medical technology, The operation mode of medical imaging center and the layout of building space are undergoing fundamental changes. According to the information provided by the professional medical equipment company and the problems reflected in the field investigation of the hospital image center, The main contents of the research include: the development of medical imaging, the concept of image center, the requirements of management and design principles, the method of determining the scale of the image center. Layout form and relationship with surrounding space; streamline organization mode of internal space, profile design method, humanized design measures, radiation protection design requirements, mechanical and electrical requirements, load bearing and transportation requirements, environmental requirements, Through the above research, the planning and layout method, streamline organization form, basic scale of modern hospital image center space design are summarized. Humanized design measures and other detailed design requirements of special space. This is the focus and core of this paper. The methods used in this paper mainly include: literature classification, interdisciplinary research, behavior research, Communication investigation method and case analysis method. The combination of theory and practice is the premise and foundation of this paper. The research results of this paper mainly include five kinds of unit organization form of image center, function partition, streamline organization, spatial scale, etc. The research and exploration of the building design of the image center in this paper hope to be helpful and enlightening to the practical work of the relevant architectural designers. It is helpful to perfect and develop the theory of image center architecture design.
