【摘要】：針對目前深基坑大型鋼管支撐的軸力控制裝置自動化程度較低、存在安全隱患等問題,利用"機電液一體化"技術,研發(fā)設計了2種齒式鎖定機構(gòu)的安全裝置并進行了優(yōu)缺點對比分析。實踐證明:齒式鎖定機構(gòu)克服了常規(guī)螺紋式自鎖裝置操作繁瑣、安全性低等缺點,不僅提高了整個鋼管支撐體系的安全性能,而且降低了工人的工作量和勞動強度,值得推廣應用。
[Abstract]:In view of the low degree of automation of axial force control device for large steel pipe bracing in deep foundation pit at present, and the existence of hidden safety problems, the technology of "electromechanical and hydraulic integration" is used. The safety devices of two kinds of gear locking mechanism are designed and designed, and their advantages and disadvantages are compared and analyzed. The practice shows that the gear locking mechanism overcomes the shortcomings of the conventional thread self-locking device, such as cumbersome operation and low safety, etc. It not only improves the safety performance of the whole steel pipe bracing system, but also reduces the workload and labor intensity of the workers, so it is worth popularizing and applying.
