【摘要】：我國快速老齡化進程推進、疾病譜逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變、城市綜合醫(yī)院無法滿足老年人實現(xiàn)長期治療和康復的醫(yī)療需求,基于以上背景的考慮,社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務設施的發(fā)展和我國老年人的晚年幸福生活息息相關(guān)。經(jīng)過對廈門地區(qū)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務設施的調(diào)研,發(fā)現(xiàn)廈門社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務設施還不足以滿足老年人的醫(yī)療需求,所以發(fā)展社區(qū)醫(yī)療服務迫在眉睫。將社區(qū)內(nèi)的閑置可利用設施改造成社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務設施,比新建社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務設施的周期短投入少,可以效率更高的解決老年人的醫(yī)療需求問題。本文主要做了以下幾方面工作。(1)閱讀文獻。通過閱讀國內(nèi)外社區(qū)養(yǎng)老相關(guān)方面的文獻、政策,了解到國內(nèi)外社區(qū)醫(yī)療空間建設的研究現(xiàn)狀,并初步認識了國內(nèi)外的研究和發(fā)展情況。(2)實態(tài)調(diào)研與分析。首先調(diào)研老年人的基本需求,對社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務站和社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務中心的老年使用者占比進行統(tǒng)計,并將老年人對兩級社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務設施的臨床科室用房、預防保健用房、醫(yī)技用房的功能需求、使用頻率和使用方式等數(shù)據(jù)進行量化匯總。然后通過調(diào)研兩類社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務設施的現(xiàn)狀,與國家建設標準進行比對,了解廈門社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務設施的地域性需求,并得出現(xiàn)有社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務站與社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務中心所存在的選址、規(guī)模、服務半徑、功能配置、空間流線和無障礙等多方面的問題。同時,對街道社區(qū)中各類型的可改造空間進行分析,為后續(xù)改造設計策略做出準備工作。(3)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務站的改造策略�；诶夏耆说尼t(yī)療需求和現(xiàn)有社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務站所存在的問題,分別針對街道社區(qū)中的公共配套用房、閑置底層商鋪空間、住宅配套設施三種不同的可改造設施提出詳細的改造原則和改造策略,并通過具體的國內(nèi)外實例分析改造設計的可操作性。(4)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務中心的改造策略�；诶夏耆说尼t(yī)療需求和現(xiàn)有社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務中心所存在的問題,分別針對街道社區(qū)中的舊廠房舊倉庫、公共配套用房、售樓部和會所三種不同的可改造設施提出詳細的改造原則和改造策略,并通過具體的國內(nèi)外實例分析改造設計的可操作性。
[Abstract]:China's rapid aging process, disease spectrum gradually changed, urban comprehensive hospitals can not meet the elderly to achieve long-term treatment and rehabilitation of the medical needs, based on the above considerations of the background. The development of community health service facilities is closely related to the happy life of the elderly in our country. Through the investigation of the community health service facilities in Xiamen, it is found that the community health service facilities in Xiamen are not sufficient to meet the medical needs of the elderly. So it is urgent to develop community health services. Converting unused and usable facilities in the community into community health services is less expensive than building new community health services. Can solve the elderly medical needs more efficiently. This paper mainly do the following aspects of work. Read the literature. By reading the domestic and foreign community pension related literature, policies, To understand the current research situation of community medical space construction at home and abroad, and to preliminarily understand the research and development situation at home and abroad. First of all, to investigate the basic needs of the elderly, The proportion of elderly users in community health service stations and community health service centers was counted, and the functional demands of the elderly for clinical departments, preventive health care rooms and medical technical rooms of the two level community health service facilities were analyzed. Then through investigating the current situation of the two kinds of community health service facilities and comparing them with the national construction standards, we can understand the regional demand of Xiamen community health service facilities. The problems such as location, scale, service radius, function configuration, spatial streamline and accessibility of existing community health service stations and community health service centers are also obtained. At the same time, This paper analyzes the reconstructive space of various types of community in street community, and makes the preparation for the design strategy of the subsequent transformation. 3) the reform strategy of the community health service station. Based on the medical needs of the elderly and the problems existing in the existing community health service station, According to three different kinds of reconstructive facilities in street community, such as public supporting room, idle shop space and residential supporting facilities, the paper puts forward detailed transformation principles and strategies. And through specific examples at home and abroad to analyze the operational design of the revamping strategy of the community health service center. Based on the medical needs of the elderly and the existing problems of community health service centers, According to the old factory building and the old warehouse, the public supporting room, the sales department and the clubhouse in the street community, the paper puts forward the detailed principles and strategies for the revamping of the old factory building and the old warehouse, the sales department and the clubhouse respectively. And through specific examples at home and abroad to analyze the feasibility of the transformation design.
