輕質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)相變房的搭建及內(nèi)環(huán)境研究

【摘要】:從相變材料與建筑圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)用的角度出發(fā),利用真空加熱滾筒裝置制備了石蠟/膨脹珍珠巖復(fù)合相變顆粒,并以定模壓制的方法制備出500 mm×500 mm×10 mm的相變板材。將相變板材與輕質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)房內(nèi)壁面相結(jié)合搭建成輕質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)相變房,并對其內(nèi)環(huán)境進(jìn)行研究測試。結(jié)果表明:相變房內(nèi)部溫度與參照房相比具有明顯的衰減性和滯后性,峰值溫度平均差值達(dá)到5.52℃,空調(diào)度日數(shù)CDD26日平均自然室溫保證率增加了9.71個百分點,相變板材起到了良好的調(diào)溫作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the application of phase change material and building envelope structure, paraffin / expanded perlite composite phase change particles were prepared by vacuum heating drum device. A 500 mm 脳 500 mm 脳 10 mm phase change plate was prepared by a fixed die pressing method. The light structure phase change room was constructed by combining the phase change plate with the inner wall of the light structure room. The results show that the internal temperature of the phase change chamber has obvious attenuation and hysteresis compared with the reference room, and the average difference of the peak temperature is 5.52 鈩,
