建筑安裝領(lǐng)域計(jì)算機(jī)BIM技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著BIM技術(shù)在建筑業(yè)的推廣,在項(xiàng)目前期建造階段,采用先進(jìn)的BIM技術(shù)(Building Information Modeling建筑信息模型),對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)虛擬建造,通過構(gòu)建各類建筑及設(shè)備的三維構(gòu)件,實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目三維模擬。通過將數(shù)據(jù)傳導(dǎo)至數(shù)控機(jī)床,結(jié)合全息掃描技術(shù)和機(jī)器人全站儀定位技術(shù),將計(jì)算機(jī)輔助的數(shù)字技術(shù)無縫轉(zhuǎn)化為實(shí)物。通過此項(xiàng)技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了傳統(tǒng)建筑領(lǐng)域跨入數(shù)字化建造領(lǐng)域,形成極具操控性的工廠化預(yù)制與裝配技術(shù),其應(yīng)用前景非常廣泛。在項(xiàng)目建造后期,開發(fā)BIM運(yùn)維平臺(tái),提高項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行維護(hù)管理水平,將建筑的空間信息、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用、物業(yè)管理與動(dòng)態(tài)的數(shù)據(jù)信息相結(jié)合,形成5D模式下的綜合管理。平臺(tái)作為整個(gè)建筑的載體,實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控建筑的重要數(shù)據(jù)與信息,在遇到各類事件發(fā)生時(shí),可以在最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并及時(shí)的通知管理人員,協(xié)助管理人員找到最佳的解決方案與解決思路,將會(huì)大大提升建筑綜合體的反應(yīng)能力。通過平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)了物業(yè)的精細(xì)化管理,將規(guī)范、計(jì)劃與實(shí)際管理相結(jié)合,按時(shí)按需指導(dǎo)物業(yè)人員及時(shí)的處理相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù),保證建筑正常的運(yùn)行,同時(shí)提高了商業(yè)中心整體的服務(wù)質(zhì)量。通過公共服務(wù)、微信公眾號(hào)等入口方式,以提高用戶體驗(yàn)為目的,第一時(shí)間反饋與接收用戶的實(shí)際需求,與用戶之間形成面對(duì)面的互動(dòng),提高物業(yè)管理部門等服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量與工作效率。本文先從項(xiàng)目前期建造階段開始,從施工測(cè)量方法,人力技術(shù)質(zhì)量,管道裝配技術(shù)三個(gè)方面闡述了其缺點(diǎn)及解決方法,并對(duì)現(xiàn)階段裝配化施工在國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)裝配式機(jī)房施工存在的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行了歸納,然后對(duì)機(jī)械預(yù)制化中計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,從計(jì)算機(jī)仿真技術(shù),在數(shù)控編程的應(yīng)用以及計(jì)算機(jī)輔助技術(shù)的應(yīng)用三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,并提出了計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)建立的四個(gè)主要系統(tǒng),接著著重介紹了BIM在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的意義和方法,對(duì)效益的五個(gè)層面進(jìn)行分析,最后對(duì)計(jì)算機(jī)助推機(jī)房安裝工程建筑裝配化施工闡述,深入研究了其整個(gè)工藝流程,闡述了計(jì)算機(jī)助推機(jī)房安裝工程建筑裝配化施工在實(shí)際工程中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of BIM technology in the construction industry, in the early construction stage of the project, the advanced BIM technology is used to construct the building Information Modeling building information model, the computer virtual construction of the project is carried out, and the three-dimensional components of all kinds of buildings and equipments are constructed. By transmitting data to NC machine tools, combining holographic scanning technology and robot total station positioning technology, the computer-aided digital technology can be seamlessly transformed into physical objects. The traditional construction field has been stepped into the digital construction field, and the factory prefabrication and assembly technology has been formed, which has a very wide application prospect. In the later stage of the project construction, the BIM operation and maintenance platform is developed, and the level of project operation and maintenance management is improved. The spatial information of the building, the application of the Internet of things, the property management and the dynamic data information are combined to form the integrated management under the 5D mode. The platform is the carrier of the whole building, and the important data and information of the building can be monitored in real time. In the event of all kinds of events, you can find the problem in the shortest time and inform the management in time, to assist the management to find the best solution and solutions. Will greatly enhance the building complex response ability. Through the platform to achieve the fine management of the property, will be standardized, planning and actual management, timely guidance as required property personnel to deal with related business, To ensure the normal operation of the building, and at the same time to improve the overall service quality of the commercial center. By means of public services, WeChat Official account and other entry methods, to improve the user experience, feedback and receive the actual needs of the users in the first time. In order to improve the service quality and working efficiency of the property management departments and other service organizations, this paper starts from the early construction stage of the project, from the construction measurement methods, human technical quality, The shortcomings and solutions of pipeline assembly technology are described in three aspects. The present research situation of assembly construction at home and abroad is analyzed, and the unique advantages of assembly machine room construction are summarized. Then, the application of computer technology in mechanical prefabrication is analyzed in detail from three aspects: computer simulation technology, numerical control programming application and computer aided technology application. Four main systems of computer network system are put forward, and then the significance and method of BIM in practical application are introduced, and the five levels of benefit are analyzed. In the end, the paper expounds the assembly construction of the installation project of computer booster room, deeply studies its whole technological process, and expounds the application of the construction assembly construction of the installation project of the computer booster room in the actual project.
