【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)城市人口老齡化趨勢(shì)日益嚴(yán)重,社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)也在發(fā)生著一系列的變化,如何使老年人能度過(guò)一個(gè)舒適的晚年,成為社會(huì)普遍面對(duì)的問(wèn)題。本文以廣州12個(gè)城市公園為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合環(huán)境及行為心理學(xué)的理論基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用POE使用狀況評(píng)價(jià)方法,分別從老年人的主體特征、活動(dòng)狀況、分布規(guī)律、公園各景觀要素四各方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查與分析,從而得出老年人常聚集的城市公園的環(huán)境特征及各要素在滿足老年人使用需求方面存在的問(wèn)題,總結(jié)出針對(duì)老年群體特殊需求的現(xiàn)代城市公園設(shè)計(jì)和管理的優(yōu)化策略。通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查與實(shí)地調(diào)研,運(yùn)用POE法對(duì)各因素進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)結(jié)果如下:1影響老年人到公園活動(dòng)的因素主要有自身因素、家庭因素與公園建設(shè)等因素。2廣州公園中針對(duì)老年群體的空間營(yíng)造和管理存在的不足包括:針對(duì)老年人的休息設(shè)施、健身設(shè)施、衛(wèi)生及標(biāo)識(shí)信息不足;靜態(tài)活動(dòng)區(qū)域易被干擾等。3老年人常聚集的活動(dòng)空間類型主要包括出入口景區(qū)、水邊、遮蔭廣場(chǎng)以及其他典型性活動(dòng)空間。綜上所述,針對(duì)受老年人歡迎的空間特征,提出優(yōu)化改進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)策略如下:(1)平整防滑的園路,考慮避雨休息的園建設(shè)施,滿足老年人需求的活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地構(gòu)成要素包括生態(tài)健康的園林景觀環(huán)境等。(2)功能化活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地,區(qū)分動(dòng)靜場(chǎng)地;(3)提升對(duì)老年人懷舊、焦慮、孤獨(dú)的精神人文關(guān)懷,營(yíng)造適宜的開(kāi)放私密空間。提出管理優(yōu)化策略包括:(1)實(shí)行動(dòng)態(tài)管理,增加服務(wù)力度;(2)加大園內(nèi)各種基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的養(yǎng)護(hù)力度。
[Abstract]:With the aging trend of urban population in China becoming more and more serious, a series of changes are taking place in the social structure. How to enable the elderly to spend a comfortable old age, This paper takes 12 urban parks in Guangzhou as the research object, combines with the theoretical basis of environment and behavioral psychology, and applies the method of POE usage evaluation to analyze the main features and activities of the elderly. The distribution law and the four aspects of landscape elements of the park were investigated and analyzed, so as to obtain the environmental characteristics of the urban park where the elderly often gather and the problems of each element in meeting the needs of the elderly. This paper summarizes the optimization strategies of modern urban park design and management for the special needs of the elderly. Through questionnaire survey and field investigation, POE method is used to analyze the various factors. The results are as follows: 1 the main factors that affect the elderly's activities in the park are their own. Factors such as Family factors and Park Construction etc. The deficiencies of space construction and management for the elderly in Guangzhou Park include: insufficient rest facilities, fitness facilities, health and identification information for the elderly; Static activity areas are easily disturbed and so on. 3 the main types of activity spaces that the elderly often gather include entrance and exit scenic spots, watersides, shading squares and other typical activity spaces. In summary, in view of the spatial characteristics that are welcomed by the elderly, The optimized and improved design strategy is as follows: (1) leveling off the garden road, taking into account the garden building facilities for shelter from rain, and meeting the needs of the elderly, including the ecological healthy landscape environment, etc.) the functional activity site. (3) improve the spiritual and humanistic concern for the elderly, such as nostalgia, anxiety and loneliness, and create a suitable open private space. The optimal management strategies include: 1) implementing dynamic management. Increase the strength of service to increase the maintenance of various infrastructure in the garden.
