【摘要】：快速BT是為適應(yīng)工程項目快速建造、建施雙方同步共管和有效控制造價的BT模式的一種變通,不僅能較好的解決建設(shè)單位資金緊張而不能實施項目的難題,在項目實施過程中同步參與建設(shè),同時也解決了建設(shè)單位對工程施工過程質(zhì)量、進度和造價控制困難的問題。該模式特別適合于大型項目的快速施工管理,能夠安全、優(yōu)質(zhì)、低耗、高效,以最短時間,最低成本完成項目建設(shè),確保合同全面履約,同時有效的降低建施雙方的風(fēng)險,值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the rapid construction of engineering projects, the BT mode of simultaneous management and effective cost control between the two sides can not only solve the problem that the construction unit is short of funds but can not carry out the project. It also solves the problem that the construction unit is difficult to control the quality, progress and cost of the construction process. This model is especially suitable for the rapid construction management of large projects, and can be safe and high quality. Low consumption, high efficiency, the shortest time, the lowest cost to complete the project construction, to ensure the full performance of the contract, while effectively reducing the risk of construction and implementation of both sides, worthy of promotion and application.
