【摘要】：當(dāng)前,在城市的建設(shè)中,一些城市多次發(fā)生雨水內(nèi)澇情況,還有一些城市又存在非常缺水的情況。造成這種旱澇頻繁出現(xiàn)的主要原因就是現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)很多城市地面過(guò)度硬化。在雨季,地面很容易產(chǎn)生地表徑流,地面徑流大大的超出了城市自身排水的承受能力而導(dǎo)致內(nèi)澇的產(chǎn)生,并且還會(huì)產(chǎn)生非常嚴(yán)重的水污染。海綿城市在實(shí)際的建設(shè)中,主要就是對(duì)雨洪整體進(jìn)行處理,以此實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)雨洪的有效治理。因此有必要加強(qiáng)海綿城市的建設(shè),其能夠在一定意義上對(duì)水資源的匱乏有效改善,從而改善城市的生態(tài)環(huán)境。
