逆向-同向流氣浮工藝構(gòu)建與運(yùn)行特性

【摘要】:針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)溶氣氣浮(DAF)工藝中氣泡對(duì)絮體顆粒捕集、黏附效率低,泡絮體黏附不穩(wěn)定等問題,基于泡絮碰撞黏附理論,研發(fā)了集逆向流與同向流于一體的DAF工藝(CCDAF)。該工藝溶氣水分兩次投加,接觸室分為碰撞接觸室和黏附接觸室。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,CCDAF工藝顯著提高了泡絮黏附效率和泡絮體穩(wěn)定性,對(duì)濁度、藻類平均去除率達(dá)到96.4%、96.50%,出水顆粒物以2~7μm粒徑為主。工藝主要去除大分子、疏水性有機(jī)物,CODMn、UV254、DOC平均去除率分別達(dá)到37.6%、46.3%和32.11%,CCDAF比同向流及逆向流DAF除污染效能更加顯著。泡絮黏附機(jī)理分析表明,CCDAF工藝逆向流碰撞區(qū)主導(dǎo)作用機(jī)制為碰撞黏附及共聚作用,同向流接觸區(qū)為碰撞黏附及網(wǎng)捕、包卷和架橋作用。
[Abstract]:In view of the traditional dissolved air flotation (DAF) process of bubble floc particle trapping, the adhesion efficiency is low, the bubble floc attachment instability problems, based on the theory of bubble floc collision developed in adhesion, reverse flow with the same to the DAF technology integrates (CCDAF). The process of water soluble gas in two dosage the room is divided into contact, contact chamber and adhesion contact chamber. The test results show that CCDAF technology improved the efficiency and stability of foam foam floc adhesion, flocs of turbidity, algae 96.50% average removal rate reached 96.4%, and the effluent particles with 2~7 m diameter.
