鋼渣對(duì)礦渣基高水充填材料性能的影響及強(qiáng)度預(yù)測(cè)

【摘要】:采用鋼渣、礦渣和鐵尾砂等固體廢棄物制備礦渣基高水充填材料,通過(guò)對(duì)其正交試驗(yàn)樣本建立BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)度預(yù)測(cè)模型,并結(jié)合實(shí)測(cè)強(qiáng)度預(yù)測(cè)出不同齡期15%和25%鋼渣摻量高水充填材料的抗壓強(qiáng)度,分析了鋼渣摻量對(duì)高水充填材料物理力學(xué)性能的影響,不同齡期高水充填材料水化產(chǎn)物的變化規(guī)律。研究表明:通過(guò)對(duì)正交試驗(yàn)樣本建立的BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)度預(yù)測(cè)模型,可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)各齡期不同鋼渣摻量的高水充填材料抗壓強(qiáng)度的預(yù)測(cè);隨著鋼渣摻量的升高,高水充填材料的強(qiáng)度逐漸下降,吸水率逐漸增大,膨脹收縮率先減小后升高;隨著養(yǎng)護(hù)齡期的延長(zhǎng),水化產(chǎn)物中的石英、氫氧化鈣和斜硅鈣石的衍射峰逐漸鈍化,方解石、水化硅酸鈣、C-S-H(I)和羥鎂鋁石晶相的衍射峰逐漸銳利。
[Abstract]:Solid wastes such as steel slag, slag and iron tailings were used to prepare slag based high water filling materials, and BP neural network strength prediction model was established through orthogonal test samples. Combined with the measured strength, the compressive strength of 15% and 25% steel slag filled with high water filling materials was predicted, and the influence of steel slag content on the physical and mechanical properties of high water filling materials was analyzed. The changes of hydration products of high water filling materials at different ages. The results show that the BP neural network strength prediction model is established by orthogonal test samples. The prediction of compressive strength of high water filling materials with different steel slag content at different ages can be realized. With the increase of steel slag content, the strength of high water filling material decreases gradually, the water absorption rate increases, and the expansion shrinkage decreases first and then increases. With the extension of curing age, the diffraction peaks of quartz, calcium hydroxide and clinicalite in hydration products gradually passivation, calcite, calcium silicate hydrate. The diffraction peaks of the crystal phase of C-S-HG) and aluminite gradually sharpened.
