【摘要】：任何一個(gè)城市,構(gòu)成其城市精神與肉體的基石就是城市街區(qū),只有"固本"才能"培元"。面對今天中國城市的歷史文化街區(qū)的保護(hù)與城市更新的迫切需要,我們必須從城市街區(qū)的社會空間性結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)入手,形成一整套的關(guān)于規(guī)劃、建筑、美學(xué)、社會、法治與經(jīng)濟(jì)的系統(tǒng)性方案與策略。文章從城市街區(qū)的基礎(chǔ)理論"城市形態(tài)學(xué)"入手,提出全新的理論視角:以建立在社會空間性分析之上的結(jié)構(gòu)類型學(xué)理論代替建立在傳統(tǒng)的建筑類型學(xué)基礎(chǔ)之上的類型形態(tài)學(xué),用以分析和解碼城市空間元素的發(fā)展與轉(zhuǎn)型。作者提出的"結(jié)構(gòu)形態(tài)學(xué)"是研究城市元素的結(jié)構(gòu)性狀與形變的動態(tài)過程,而類型形態(tài)學(xué)主要是描述與分類城市形態(tài)的靜態(tài)特征。文章提倡以科學(xué)方法對應(yīng)城市街區(qū)的環(huán)境問題。街區(qū)環(huán)境解決的不是環(huán)境自身的問題,而是系統(tǒng)問題。因此基于城市結(jié)構(gòu)形態(tài)學(xué)之上的環(huán)境建構(gòu),不再是建筑的環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)而應(yīng)該被稱之為環(huán)境建筑學(xué)。環(huán)境建筑學(xué)不是城市問題的最后手段,而是首要方式。
[Abstract]:Any one city, the city spirit and flesh is the cornerstone of a city block, only the "solid this" to "economy. The article advocates the scientific method to the corresponding city block environment. Street environment is not the environment to solve their own problems, but the problems in the system. So based on the above morphological structure construction of city environment, is no longer the environmental design of the building should be called the environment last resort architecture. The environment is not the city architecture, but the first way.
