【摘要】：應(yīng)用三軸試驗(yàn)方法,研究10種不同配比橡膠砂在4種圍壓下的泊松比變化規(guī)律,結(jié)果表明:(1)較低橡膠含量的橡膠砂泊松比變化規(guī)律與純砂類似,由于剪脹效應(yīng)的存在,泊松比出現(xiàn)大于0.5的情況,中等橡膠含量橡膠砂的泊松比隨軸向應(yīng)變或應(yīng)力水平的增加而呈單調(diào)增加趨勢,較高橡膠含量橡膠砂的泊松比呈先減小后增加的趨勢;(2)橡膠砂初始泊松比隨橡膠含量呈V型變化,先減小后增加,臨界橡膠含量在35%~40%范圍;(3)在破壞階段橡膠砂泊松比趨于0.5;(4)圍壓對橡膠砂泊松比變化規(guī)律影響甚小。橡膠砂泊松比上述變化規(guī)律的主要力學(xué)機(jī)制是由于不同組分特征的橡膠顆粒與砂顆粒在混合物中形成不同的受力骨架。最后,提出橡膠砂泊松比隨應(yīng)力水平變化的經(jīng)驗(yàn)估計(jì)式,與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的對比證明其能反映橡膠砂泊松比的主要變化規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:The variation law of Poisson's ratio of 10 kinds of rubber sand with different proportions under four confining pressures was studied by using triaxial test method. The results show that the change law of Poisson's ratio of rubber sand with lower rubber content is similar to that of pure sand. Due to the existence of shear expansion effect, Poisson's ratio is larger than 0.5, and the Poisson's ratio of rubber sand with medium rubber content increases monotonously with the increase of axial strain or stress level. The Poisson's ratio of rubber sand with higher rubber content decreases first and then increases. (2) the initial Poisson's ratio of rubber sand changes with the rubber content, which decreases first and then increases, and the critical rubber content is in the range of 3540%; (3) the Poisson's ratio of rubber sand tends to be 0.5 in the failure stage; 4). The influence of confining pressure on the change of Poisson's ratio of rubber sand is very small. The main mechanical mechanism of the change law of rubber sand's Poisson's ratio is that the rubber particles with different component characteristics and sand particles form different mechanical framework in the mixture. Finally. An empirical estimation formula for the change of Poisson's ratio of rubber sand with stress level is put forward. The comparison with the experimental results shows that the formula can reflect the main changing law of the Poisson's ratio of rubber sand.
