【摘要】：隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展,中國建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展突飛猛進(jìn),也極大的推動了裝飾行業(yè)的發(fā)展。作為當(dāng)前國民經(jīng)濟(jì)重要的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),裝飾工程施工質(zhì)量對建筑物的使用與投資效果有直接的影響,同時(shí)與人民群眾的生命安全有直接關(guān)系。隨著我國加入WTO不斷深入,市場已經(jīng)與國際環(huán)境接軌,大型裝飾工程建設(shè)日益廣泛,隨著基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施與固定投資的加大,大型裝飾工程項(xiàng)目已經(jīng)廣泛存在于各行各業(yè)。因此,本文的研究目的就是通過JS建筑裝飾工程項(xiàng)目管理研究,提高裝飾工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量,確保裝飾工程項(xiàng)目的順利實(shí)施。從管理學(xué)理論角度,與裝飾施工實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合,融入先進(jìn)管理思想,改善組織結(jié)構(gòu),避免不必要的浪費(fèi),從而確保施工的暢通,使得施工成本降低,對合理施工具有極大的促進(jìn)作用,同時(shí)能夠使得時(shí)間成本有效節(jié)約。實(shí)現(xiàn)施工環(huán)境的合理、安全、快捷與高效,進(jìn)而使得工程項(xiàng)目施工成本降低、施工速度加快,施工效果良好�；诮�(jīng)營理念的改變,使得項(xiàng)目管理理念提高,通過項(xiàng)目管理力度的加大,使得項(xiàng)目施工與管理水平提高。項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理、項(xiàng)目安全管理、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理、項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)與溝通管理是項(xiàng)目管理所涉及到的內(nèi)容。項(xiàng)目經(jīng)營管理能否成功的關(guān)鍵是項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理與進(jìn)度管理,兩者之間相輔相成。信息化時(shí)期基于項(xiàng)目信息管理使得項(xiàng)目工作效率提高,對項(xiàng)目工作流程的完善具有重要意義。項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)與溝通管理能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對項(xiàng)目內(nèi)部實(shí)現(xiàn)有效協(xié)調(diào)與溝通,極大的推動項(xiàng)目管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of society, the development of Chinese construction industry by leaps and bounds, but also greatly promoted the development of the decoration industry, as an important pillar industry of the current national economy. The construction quality of decoration works has a direct impact on the use and investment effect of buildings, and also has a direct relationship with the lives and safety of the people. The market has been in line with the international environment, large-scale decoration engineering construction is increasingly widespread, with the increase of infrastructure and fixed investment, large-scale decoration projects have been widely existed in various industries. The purpose of this paper is to improve the quality of decoration project through JS architectural decoration project management research to ensure the smooth implementation of decoration engineering project from the perspective of management theory. Combining with the practical experience of decoration construction, it integrates advanced management ideas, improves the organizational structure, avoids unnecessary waste, and thus ensures the smooth running of the construction and reduces the construction cost. It can greatly promote the reasonable construction, at the same time, it can save the time cost effectively, realize the reasonable, safe, fast and efficient construction environment, and then make the construction cost of the project reduce. Based on the change of management concept, the concept of project management is improved. Through the increase of project management, the level of project construction and management is improved, and the quality of project management is improved. Project safety management, project schedule management, project team and communication management are the contents of project management. The key to the success of project management is project quality management and schedule management. Information based on project information management makes the efficiency of project work improved. Project team and communication management can achieve effective coordination and communication within the project, and greatly promote the sustainable development of project management team.
