【摘要】：建筑小區(qū)一般開發(fā)強度大、人口和財產集中,一旦發(fā)生內澇災害則損失嚴重,如何將已建小區(qū)的有機更新、提標改造與海綿社區(qū)建設相結合已成為今后城市建設的重要任務之一。系統(tǒng)分析了已建小區(qū)海綿社區(qū)改造面臨的問題與對策,探討了海綿社區(qū)改造的技術路線、控制指標和技術模式,并以北京某既有建筑小區(qū)為例,借助SWMM模型分析了海綿社區(qū)改造前后水文控制效果等,以期為已建小區(qū)的海綿社區(qū)改造提供科學依據。
[Abstract]:The intensity of development is large, the population and property are concentrated. Once the waterlogging disaster occurs, the damage will be serious, so how to renew the existing residential area organically. The combination of bid raising and sponge community construction has become an important part of urban construction Ren Wuzhi. This paper systematically analyzes the problems and countermeasures faced with the reconstruction of sponge community in the built community, and probes into the technical route of sponge community reconstruction. Control index and technical model, and taking an existing building district in Beijing as an example, the hydrological control effect before and after the transformation of sponge community was analyzed with SWMM model.
