【摘要】：針對(duì)基層消防部門火災(zāi)調(diào)查人員在調(diào)查中造成物證損壞所存在的問題,通過對(duì)火災(zāi)調(diào)查中物證損壞原因的探討,分析研究物證在收集、提取、保管、檢測(cè)鑒定及其它過程中造成損壞的原因,并提出減少或避免這些損壞應(yīng)該采取的具體措施和方法。使火調(diào)人員在火災(zāi)事故調(diào)查過程中充分考慮到物證損壞對(duì)火災(zāi)調(diào)查工作的影響,對(duì)于提高火災(zāi)調(diào)查人員的辦案能力,避免調(diào)查中物證損壞具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in the investigation of the physical evidence damage caused by the fire investigators in the primary fire department, the paper analyzes and studies the material evidence collection, extraction and storage through the discussion of the causes of the material evidence damage in the fire investigation. Detect the cause of damage during identification and other processes. The concrete measures and methods should be taken to reduce or avoid these damages, so that the fire dispatchers can fully consider the impact of material evidence damage on the fire investigation in the course of fire accident investigation. It has certain guiding significance for improving the case handling ability of fire investigators and avoiding material evidence damage in investigation.
