【摘要】:以丙烯酸和501醚類大單體為原料,在本體聚合條件下合成了固體聚羧酸減水劑,研究了溫度、鏈轉移劑加量、引發(fā)劑加量、酸醚摩爾比和滴加時間對產(chǎn)物性能的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)溫度、鏈轉移劑加量、引發(fā)劑加量、酸醚摩爾比和滴加時間對產(chǎn)物性能影響明顯。實驗結果表明,當反應溫度為70℃、鏈轉移劑加量為單體質量0.35%、引發(fā)劑加量為單體質量1%、酸醚摩爾比為4∶1、滴加時間為2h時,所制備的固體聚羧酸減水劑具有良好的分散性能和坍落度保持性,水泥凈漿初始流動度為315mm,1h后凈漿流動度為320mm。最后利用紅外光譜對產(chǎn)物分子結構進行表征,結果表明丙烯酸和501大單體聚合反應順利進行。
[Abstract]:Solid polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer was synthesized by bulk polymerization of acrylic acid and 501 ether macromonomer. The temperature, the amount of chain transfer agent and the amount of initiator were studied. The effects of acid ether molar ratio and dropping time on the properties of the product were investigated. It was found that the temperature, the amount of chain transfer agent, the amount of initiator, the molar ratio of acid and ether and the dropping time had obvious effects on the properties of the product.
