【摘要】:近年來,隨著廣東建筑行業(yè)整體市場(chǎng)化程度的逐步提高,廣東小型民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)得到了快速發(fā)展。這部分企業(yè)抓住了機(jī)遇并完成了企業(yè)的一次創(chuàng)業(yè),在積累了一定的技術(shù)、資金以及管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)等資源后,在面對(duì)建筑行業(yè)完全競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的狀態(tài)下,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈加激烈,行業(yè)專業(yè)化水平越來越高,國(guó)家建筑規(guī)范越來越嚴(yán)格,而同時(shí)面對(duì)中大型建筑企業(yè)以及省內(nèi)外同行的不斷滲入,最終導(dǎo)致其發(fā)展舉步維艱,甚至威脅其繼續(xù)生存。本文提出廣東小型民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)“二次創(chuàng)業(yè)”為出發(fā)點(diǎn),通過對(duì)其發(fā)展歷程以及現(xiàn)狀的剖析,對(duì)其二次創(chuàng)業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略選擇、管理創(chuàng)新模式等進(jìn)行探討和研究。論文吸收國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的意見和理論,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和理念,構(gòu)建廣東小型民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)在適應(yīng)當(dāng)前新的經(jīng)濟(jì)態(tài)勢(shì)下完整的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,為其可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供科學(xué)的成果。本論文的研究,主要是以企業(yè)生命周期理論、企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)理論、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論以及企業(yè)權(quán)變理論等作為研究基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用PEST分析以及數(shù)據(jù)分析等方法作為研究工具,通過深入分析廣東小型民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)發(fā)展的歷程和現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,嘗試探討其進(jìn)行二次創(chuàng)業(yè)的原因分析以及其進(jìn)行二次創(chuàng)業(yè)的策略分析,進(jìn)而提出這類型企業(yè)如何把握二次創(chuàng)業(yè)的時(shí)機(jī)、二次創(chuàng)業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)舉措以及二次創(chuàng)業(yè)的管理舉措等。正文包括的內(nèi)容有:緒論、研究的理論基礎(chǔ)、廣東小型民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程及現(xiàn)狀分析、廣東小型民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)二次創(chuàng)業(yè)的原因分析、廣東小型民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)二次創(chuàng)業(yè)的原因分析、廣東小型民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)二次創(chuàng)業(yè)的策略分析、廣東HY建筑公司二次創(chuàng)業(yè)案例研究以及研究結(jié)論及不足等七章。在本文,對(duì)于廣東小型民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)的二次創(chuàng)業(yè),主要提出如下初步觀點(diǎn):廣東的建筑行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈加激烈,行業(yè)的變革勢(shì)不可擋。廣東小型民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)可考慮通過成功實(shí)現(xiàn)二次創(chuàng)業(yè),進(jìn)而獲得可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的時(shí)機(jī),以此延長(zhǎng)企業(yè)的發(fā)展時(shí)間,并借助機(jī)會(huì)發(fā)展壯大。廣東小型民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)在在進(jìn)行二次創(chuàng)業(yè)時(shí),要充分考慮以下三方面內(nèi)容:其一,企業(yè)需要進(jìn)行二次創(chuàng)業(yè)的機(jī)會(huì)識(shí)別分析,即把握行業(yè)環(huán)境變化的時(shí)機(jī)和把握企業(yè)發(fā)展變化的時(shí)機(jī);其二,企業(yè)在二次創(chuàng)業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)舉措上,要制定與企業(yè)發(fā)展相適應(yīng)的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品技術(shù)、創(chuàng)新融資模式以及做好企業(yè)品牌建設(shè)等工作;其三,企業(yè)在二次創(chuàng)業(yè)的管理措施上,應(yīng)進(jìn)行企業(yè)制度改革、提升內(nèi)部管理水平、加強(qiáng)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控、完善人力資源結(jié)構(gòu)以及塑造企業(yè)文化等。本研究為廣東小型民營(yíng)建筑企業(yè)的二次創(chuàng)業(yè)提供參考價(jià)值和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the gradual improvement of the overall degree of marketization of the construction industry in Guangdong, the small private construction enterprises in Guangdong have developed rapidly. This part of the enterprises seized the opportunity and completed a venture. After accumulating certain resources such as technology, capital and management experience, the market competition becomes more and more intense and the professional level of the industry becomes higher and higher in the face of complete competition in the construction industry. The national building code is becoming more and more strict, and at the same time facing the large and medium-sized construction enterprises as well as the constant infiltration of their counterparts inside and outside the province, the development of the building code will eventually become difficult. Even threaten its survival. This paper puts forward Guangdong small private construction enterprises "second venture" as the starting point, through the analysis of its development process and current situation, the strategic choice of its second venture. The paper absorbs the opinions and theories of scholars at home and abroad, and draws on the advanced experience and ideas at home and abroad. In order to provide scientific results for the sustainable development of the small private construction enterprises in Guangdong province, the whole market competition strategy is constructed to adapt to the new economic situation. The research of this paper is mainly based on the theory of enterprise life cycle. The theory of enterprise growth, the theory of enterprise strategic management and the theory of enterprise contingency are used as the research basis, and the methods of PEST analysis and data analysis are used as the research tools. Through in-depth analysis of the development of small private construction enterprises in Guangdong and on the basis of the current situation, this paper tries to explore the reasons for the second start-up and the strategy analysis of the second venture. Then this paper puts forward how to grasp the opportunity of the second venture, the management measures and the management measures of the second venture. The main body includes: introduction, the theoretical basis of the research. The development process and current situation of the small private construction enterprises in Guangdong Province, the reasons for the second start-up of the small private construction enterprises in Guangdong Province, and the reasons for the second start-up of the small private construction enterprises in Guangdong Province are analyzed. Small private construction enterprises in Guangdong secondary entrepreneurial strategy analysis, Guangdong HY construction company secondary entrepreneurship case study and research conclusions and shortcomings of seven chapters. In this paper. For the second start-up of small private construction enterprises in Guangdong, this paper mainly puts forward the following preliminary points: the competition of construction industry in Guangdong is becoming more and more fierce. The transformation of the industry is unstoppable. Small private construction enterprises in Guangdong can consider the opportunity of sustainable and healthy development by successfully realizing the second venture, so as to prolong the development time of the enterprises. And with the help of opportunities to develop and strengthen. Guangdong small private construction enterprises in the second venture, we should fully consider the following three aspects: first, enterprises need to carry out opportunity identification analysis of secondary entrepreneurship. That is, grasp the opportunity of the change of the industry environment and the opportunity of the development and change of the enterprise; Secondly, the enterprise should formulate the enterprise strategy, innovate the product technology, innovate the financing mode and do well the enterprise brand construction. Third, enterprises in the second venture management measures, should carry out enterprise system reform, improve the level of internal management, strengthen financial risk control. To perfect the structure of human resources and to shape the corporate culture, this study provides reference value and significance for the second start-up of small private construction enterprises in Guangdong.
