【摘要】：正兩德合并后,原東德Leipzig、Riesa等城市及地區(qū)經(jīng)歷了休克式產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,人口外流嚴(yán)重,城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施老化,環(huán)境污染情況嚴(yán)重。在城市更新過(guò)程中,這些城市基本都經(jīng)過(guò)了兩個(gè)階段的更新:第一階段是高度一致的行動(dòng),以基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、安置性住房、重工業(yè)企業(yè)搬遷為主,但這些行動(dòng)并未阻止人口外流和市中心的空心化,且造成失業(yè)率高、犯罪率高等社會(huì)問(wèn)題。第二階段是以城市歷史發(fā)展特點(diǎn)、內(nèi)在特點(diǎn)為主的個(gè)性化修復(fù),以城市風(fēng)
[Abstract]:After the merger of the two Germany, the former East Germany Leipzigi Riesa and other cities and regions experienced shock industrial restructuring, a serious outflow of population, urban infrastructure aging. Environmental pollution is serious. In the process of urban renewal, these cities have basically gone through two stages of renewal: the first stage is a highly consistent action to infrastructure, residential housing.
