【摘要】:工信部發(fā)布的《建材工業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃(2016~2020)》中提出"在保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生態(tài)安全的前提下,在水泥、混凝土、墻體材料和機(jī)制砂石等產(chǎn)品中提高消納產(chǎn)業(yè)廢棄物能力,逐步增加可消納固廢的品種;诮ㄖ䦶U棄物生產(chǎn)綠色建材。"努力研制保溫再生混凝土,有利于解決建筑垃圾浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重、污染環(huán)境的問題,有利于解決建筑節(jié)能存在的問題;谔砉ご髮W(xué)和本校對于玻化微珠這一新型無機(jī)輕質(zhì)絕熱保溫材料研究上取得的初步成果,結(jié)合方中空夾層鋼管混凝土這種新的組合構(gòu)件形式,本文提出薄壁方中空夾層鋼管;⒅樵偕炷林@一組合構(gòu)件形式,并對輕質(zhì);⒅樵偕炷梁洼S壓短柱開展了試驗研究和理論分析。具體開展了以下的初步研究工作:(1)通過對粉煤灰摻量為20%,煅燒硅藻土摻量為3%,不同;⒅閾搅(0%~120%)的100%再生粗骨料取代率混凝土的試驗研究。結(jié)果表明:隨著;⒅閾搅康脑黾,再生混凝土的表觀密度、彈性模量和導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)均降低,當(dāng);⒅閾搅繛100%時,;⒅樵偕炷恋牧⒎襟w抗壓強(qiáng)度可達(dá)32.55MPa,表觀密度為1943kg/m~3,較普通混凝 2387kg/m~3降低22.9%,導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)為 0.3243W/(m·K),較普通混凝土1.3153W/(m·K)降低74.6%;并整理分析得出;⒅樵偕炷羏c與fcu的線性關(guān)系式:fc=0.81fcu。(2)通過對12個方中空夾層鋼管再生混凝土短柱的軸壓試驗研究。結(jié)果表明:試件主要呈現(xiàn)出腰鼓形壓皺破壞,空心試件由于內(nèi)鋼管的設(shè)置,能有效延緩構(gòu)件發(fā)生局部鼓曲,增強(qiáng)構(gòu)件抵抗變形的能力,并使荷載分布更加均勻,過渡平緩;寬厚比為64和88的100%;⒅閾搅康脑偕炷量招脑嚰^100%;⒅閾搅康钠胀ɑ炷翆嵭脑嚰䴓O限承載力分別提高4.2%和12.9%;約束效應(yīng)系數(shù)ζ對實心試件、空心試件的軸壓承載力提高系數(shù)及延性系數(shù)影響差別明顯,空心試件比實心試件的延性系數(shù)平均提高24.4%。(3)采用有效寬度法考慮大寬厚比時外鋼管的局部屈曲對極限承載力的不利影響,通過對試驗數(shù)據(jù)的回歸分析,得出實心和空心薄壁方鋼管;⒅樵偕炷炼讨幕炷凛S壓強(qiáng)度提高系數(shù)k與約束效應(yīng)系數(shù)ξ基本呈線性關(guān)系,推出本文實心和空心薄壁方鋼管;⒅樵偕炷炼讨妮S壓承載力計算表達(dá)式,具有較高的計算精度,可為有關(guān)工程實踐提供理論參考。(4)利用有限元軟件ANSYS對12個方中空夾層鋼管再生混凝土短柱進(jìn)行了軸心受壓的非線性分析,得出試件的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變、位移變化特點以及極限軸壓承載力。結(jié)果表明:試件的受力機(jī)理、變形特征及軸壓承載力與試驗實測結(jié)果吻合良好。
[Abstract]:The building materials industry development planning Ministry issued "(2016 ~ 2020)" proposed "in the guarantee of product quality and ecological safety, in the cement, concrete, improve the capability of wall materials and industrial waste disposal mechanism of sand and other products, and gradually increase the consumptive waste varieties. The production of green building materials based on construction waste." work on the thermal insulation of recycled concrete, to solve the serious waste of construction waste, environmental pollution problems, to solve the problems of building energy conservation. Taiyuan University of Technology and the school based on the glass beads of this new type of inorganic lightweight insulation materials research on the preliminary results, with a hollow sandwich steel tube concrete this new combination this component form, thin-walled square hollow sandwich steel tube glass beads of the recycled concrete column of this form of composite structure, and the lightweight glass beads regeneration coagulation And soil columns carried out experimental research and theoretical analysis. It has conducted preliminary research work as follows: (1) based on the amount of fly ash was 20%, calcined diatomite dosage is 3%, different amount of glass beads (0% ~ 120%) of the 100% replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate concrete test research results show that with increasing the amount of glass beads, the apparent density of recycled concrete, the elastic modulus and thermal conductivity were decreased, while the amount of glass beads is 100%, glass beads of recycled concrete compressive strength up to 32.55MPa, the apparent density of 1943kg/m~3, compared with the common coagulation 2387kg/m~3 decreased by 22.9% the thermal conductivity is 0.3243W/ (m, K), compared with ordinary concrete 1.3153W/ (M - K) decreased by 74.6%; and analyzed the linear relation of glazed hollow bead of recycled concrete FC and FCU: fc=0.81fcu. (2) through the 12 square hollow sandwich steel tube recycled concrete short columns Study on axial compression test. (3) using the effective width method considering the adverse effects of local buckling of large aspect ratio when the outer steel tube on the ultimate bearing capacity, through regression analysis of the test data, the solid and hollow thin-walled square steel Tube glass beads of recycled concrete short columns under axial compression strength coefficient K and constraint effect coefficient linear relations, this paper introduced solid and hollow thin-walled square steel tubular glass beads of recycled concrete short columns under axial compression bearing capacity calculation formula, the calculation has a high precision, can provide a theoretical reference for practical engineering. (4) of 12 square hollow sandwich steel tube concrete short column under axial compression is analyzed by nonlinear finite element software ANSYS, obtained the stress, strain, displacement and change characteristics of ultimate axial bearing capacity. The test results show that the stress mechanism, deformation characteristics and compressive capacity and the measured results are in good agreement.
