【摘要】：自20世紀90年代起,我國就已經(jīng)步入老齡化社會。隨著老年人口的不斷增長,未來幾十年更是我國人口老齡化快速發(fā)展的重要時期。據(jù)預(yù)測,本世紀中葉我國老年人口總數(shù)將突破4億,老齡化水平將超過30%。隨著我國人口老齡化越來越嚴重,以及隨著時代發(fā)展生活模式的改變,之前的養(yǎng)老模式已經(jīng)無法滿足日益龐大的老年人群體,養(yǎng)老模式開始發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變。在這過程中,老年建筑已經(jīng)不能僅僅只停留在對功能需求的簡單滿足上,更應(yīng)該關(guān)注對養(yǎng)老建筑本身地域性與文化性的挖掘。而目前養(yǎng)老載體不僅普遍存在功能單一、缺乏人文關(guān)懷等問題,千篇一律的模式化生產(chǎn)更不能很好地迎合老年群體日益增長的場所感與歸屬感等層面的精神需求。在寒地養(yǎng)老建筑的設(shè)計中,由于寒地城市在氣候、環(huán)境等方面對養(yǎng)老行為活動也會產(chǎn)生不利影響,導(dǎo)致寒地老年養(yǎng)護建筑在功能空間的設(shè)計上具有一定的特殊性,更應(yīng)該結(jié)合寒地特有的地域氣候文化,增強寒地養(yǎng)老建筑設(shè)計的可識別性與地域性表達。本文重點以寒地養(yǎng)老建筑為研究對象,通過對養(yǎng)老建筑中地域性文化表達存在的問題,概念特征與研究意義進行綜述與解析,基于寒地城市的氣候特性與地域特性,結(jié)合老年人行為心理需求的一般性及冬季交往需求的特殊性,梳理寒地養(yǎng)老建筑在地域性文化表達的影響因素,重點提出寒地養(yǎng)老建筑地域性文化表達的設(shè)計原則:養(yǎng)護適老性原則、生態(tài)節(jié)能性原則、寒地適候性原則。最后結(jié)合文章研究內(nèi)容針對國內(nèi)典型寒地養(yǎng)老建筑案例進行分析與總結(jié),并從“規(guī)劃”、“功能”、“環(huán)境”等方面探討寒地養(yǎng)老建筑地域性文化表達設(shè)計策略,旨在為寒地城市養(yǎng)老建筑在結(jié)合地域氣候文化的特色設(shè)計方面提供理論支撐和現(xiàn)實指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, China has entered the aging society. With the continuous growth of the elderly population in the coming decades is an important period of rapid development of China's aging population. According to the forecast, the middle of this century China's elderly population will exceed 400 million, aging level will be more than 30%. with the aging of our population and more serious, and with the development of the times life changes, before the pension model has been unable to meet the increasingly large elderly population, endowment pattern began to change. In this process, the old buildings have not only stay in a simple to meet the requirement, we should pay more attention to the building itself mining region and pension the culture of the current pension carrier is not only ubiquitous single function, lack of humanistic care, mode of production machine-made more cannot very good cater to the elderly group The body's growing sense of place and a sense of belonging spiritual needs. In the design of the pension building in cold area, because of the cold city in the climate, environment and other aspects of pension activities will have a negative impact, resulting in elderly maintenance building in the design of functional space has a certain particularity, more should be combined with the cold climate characteristic of regional culture, enhance the architectural design of the cold endowment recognition and regional expression. This article focuses on the construction of pension in cold region as the research object, through the expression of regional culture in building endowment problems, concept characteristics and significance of the research review and analysis, the climate characteristics and regional characteristics based on the cold city, combining with the particularity of the elderly psychological needs of the general and winter communication needs, combing the cold building for the aged factors in the expression of regional culture, put emphasis on cold Old architectural expression of regional culture design principle: maintenance of the old fitness principle, ecological principle of energy saving, the cold climate adaptability principle. Finally, the paper analyze and summarize the domestic typical cold endowment building case, and from the "planning", "function", "environment" in the aspects of cold old building regional culture expression design strategy, aimed at building endowment cold city to provide theoretical support and practical guidance in combination with regional climate culture design.
