【摘要】：人口結(jié)構(gòu)改變?cè)跂|北三省村鎮(zhèn)主要體現(xiàn)在人口流失與老齡化兩方面。人口結(jié)構(gòu)改變已成為東北三省村鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)階段面臨的重大問(wèn)題,公共設(shè)施規(guī)劃建設(shè)如何適應(yīng)新的人口結(jié)構(gòu)也已成為重要挑戰(zhàn)。從人口結(jié)構(gòu)視角,結(jié)合實(shí)地調(diào)研,分析東北三省村鎮(zhèn)人口結(jié)構(gòu)與公共設(shè)施建設(shè)概況,總結(jié)村鎮(zhèn)居民對(duì)公共設(shè)施的使用情況及需求特征,得出人口萎縮與人口老齡化是影響公共設(shè)施建設(shè)的主要人口結(jié)構(gòu)因素,最終提出東北三省村鎮(zhèn)公共設(shè)施規(guī)劃建設(shè)思考。
[Abstract]:Change of population structure in the Northeast Village is mainly reflected in the loss of population and aging in two aspects. The demographic change has become a major problem facing Northeast Village at the present stage, the public facilities planning and construction of how to adapt to the new population structure has become an important challenge. From the perspective of population structure, combined with field research, analysis of rural population in Northeast China the structure and construction of public facilities, Summarize rural residents use and demand characteristics of public facilities, the shrinking population and the aging of the population is the impact of the construction of public facilities are demographic factors, finally puts forward thinking on the construction of public facilities planning in Northeast Village.
